Direct Express Auto TransportReviews of autotransportdirect.com

My husband and I had a great experience with Direct Express Auto Transport. We used the online calculator to get an idea of the cost from Houston Texas, to Jamaica NY which was so helpful. The staff was knowledgeable and pleasant. We placed our order "expedited" and our job was picked up the same day and delivered 4 days later. The driver was friendly kept us informed of delivery time and was very pleasant on arrival of our new car. We would definitely use Direct Express again and recommend to all of our family and friends.

I purchased a car from another state and decided to use Direct Express Auto Transport after reading about them in Edmunds. Unlike another transporter I had called (and gotten a run-around on price) Direct Express had an online calculator that gave an instant quote (quite reasonable). Communication was great and the car was picked up the first day it was available -- and delivered ahead of schedule. A great experience and I highly recommend Direct Express.

Great experience. Great job at a fair price!! Sammy's auto transport was givin the job and responded the next day. Car was delivered in 24 hrs. Fast and efficient. Great service. Highly recommended!!! 2 thumbs up

Third time I use Direct Express and it has been a great experience. I have had a car sent from Dalllas and shipped two to Houston. Each time I selected the least expensive option and they found me professional driver within days. Cars transported professionally. They make a thorough inspection with you and every ding is noted so if anything happens when it gets to its destination you know if the vehicle had damage. But I haven't experienced nothing but professional drivers and Jessie my customer service rep was great keeping me in the loop via email and the driver who drove was great too. See my review on google so you can see pic of my Lexus on the transport trailer. Also I selected open trailer. Also stuck some boxes in there to send to Texas too. Remember it's not exact but driver calls you and gives you estimated time when they will pick up and drop off. Thanks Mike Mejia order number was 180818 and customer service representative was Jessie Highly recommend. You will be happy.

Do NOT hire these guys if you value your car. They do not care what happens once you pay, and they do NOT stand behind the job at all!!! I hired them to ship my car across the country and paid for expedited shipping. 1) The shipper did not arrive in the expedited time window so it was a waste to pay for the faster service! 2) The car had damage when it arrived at 10 PM (in a dark lot). I noted the damage the next morning and contacted Direct Express Auto. They just forwarded my email to the trucking company and stopped responding. After 8 days of absolute silence (and 3 emails from me) I filed a complaint with BBB and suddenly the president emailed me with the following email: Good Morning, As you can tell from our email message to Alan Auto Shipping on June 20, 2017, we asked for their explanation and have yet to receive a reply. So we did not ignore you. I also notice that you have not attempted to speak with us on the telephone about this issue. Yet you file complaints everywhere. That is not a very productive way to go about resolving your issue. Most adults would attempt to speak with us. Attached is Alan Auto Shipping's certificate of insurance. You will need to prove they did the damage to your vehicle. If you did not note it upon delivery, then your chances are very slim. It was your responsibility to inspect your vehicle. Good luck, Mike Rupers President Direct Express Auto Transport

This Stupid company Took a WHOLE DAMN MONTH TO GET ME A DAMN DRIVER , WHAT PART OF THE GAME IS THAT! I even gave a deposit of $175 DOLLARS AND THEY GIVE YOU NO UPDATES ON ANY DRIVERS OR IMFORMATION THIS Company They Are SCAMMERS

Great service, very fast and on time just as described

Direct Express Auto Transport was an excellent experience. Easy online booking and payment. VERY competitive rates. Carrier was located in 3 days as advertised. Picked up a day ahead of schedule and delivered on time. Jessie, my Cust. Service rep, was able to help me add contacts and addressed questions easily. Only had to take 2 calls, one to confirm I could take delivery on certain day and time and second to confirm day of and eta. My order, 180551, was easier and less of a headache than I expected. I would have no problem recommending Direct to anyone.
