Great experience, arrived early in less than a day from Texas to Florida. Car was a little dirty but that is expected from an open carrier. Overall great job I would use again.

Browsing for different car towing companies, at first I was skeptical because I had never heard of Direct Express Auto Transport.. But took a leap of faith and wow I am so grateful they came through!! They were inexpensive, quick and kept my car in perfect shape! If I ever had to tow my car again, I would pick Direct Express Auto without a second thought! I was so impressed with how quickly my vehicle was picked up and delivered. I had seen other towing services with ridiculous prices.. Not only did they beat their prices but the service was amazing and fast! I know the price seems sketchy, especially if you have never heard of the company before, but they are so reliable and professional. I am so grateful for this company, saved me a lot of money and time!!

I had never bought a car online before or had one shipped and I found Direct Express online and called. Kelly was very friendly and helpful and their quote was lowest of the companies I checked. They shipped my new Jeep from Arizona to Michigan, it was picked up and arrived on time and the driver was very friendly. I would definitely use them again.

They had some of the best prices, the car was delivered as expected and without any damage on time. The driver and person I talked to on the phone were courteous and helpful. I would recommend this business and will use them again if I ever need to.

Direct Express Auto Transport did a great job in finding a truck for my car on time. I got a call for picking up my car on the day it was first scheduled to be available for pick up. I was at work at that time and requested them if they can arrange for a pick up the next day, which was a weekend. They were still able to arrange for a driver the very next day! My car was delivered ON-TIME without any problems. I would highly recommend them for car shipment!

I was very impressed with this company! This was the first time I have ever had a car purchased and transported across the country. The representative Mike was very professional and detailed and took the time to explain the process thoroughly. The Church's Transport service called me as soon as they were assigned and he was also very detailed and professional. He also called me when he picked the car up and gave me a walk around detailed description of the car's condition. He also gave me an anticipated time for delivery but promised to call within two days. He did as he said and we worked out an exact time of delivery in which it did occur. It was very turn key and no stress. Everything happened as they said it would. I have to say I was very surprised how good the service was expecting a car delivery from Arizona to South Carolina to be undependable but they proved me wrong. I have recommended this auto transport service to a car collector friend of mine who purchases and has cars delivered frequently. Great service from beginning to end.

I shipped my car early in August. I paid the expedited amount so it would get from Georgia to Utah more quickly. I was one of the 10% who didn't get it picked up in the stated time. Direct Express blamed the paperwork on the shipper. It took two weeks for my car to get picked up and delivered. The most frustrating part is that Direct Express has no control over when your car may be picked up or delivered, they just take your money and hope for the best.
