Everything went perfect from the initial contact to the ontime pickup and delivery. The driver communicated well and was polite and knowledgeable.

I wish I would have gone somewhere else. I would avoid this company. They simply outsourced to another carrier who delivered my vehicle caked in mud and dirt. When I washed it the next day, I found multiple paint chips on the hood and a 9" scratch on the passenger door which the dealership wants to charge me $1,800 to fix. This scratch definitely occurred during transit as this was a Certified Car and the driver noted 2 tiny dealer repair blemishes upon pickup but nothing about the paint chips or the 9" scratch. Company has been completely uncooperative.

They did what they said when they said. My car went across country piggybacking with others, dropped off at a central location and then transported on a smaller vehicle to my door. There were no hassles and Jesse (172848) actually got the vehicle picked up early and dropped off on time. PAINLESS

An easy site to navigate and the service was exceptional. My truck was picked up on the day scheduled and arrived a day early. That was good for me. I would definitely use Direct Express Auto Transport again if vehicle transportation is needed.

After doing a lot of shopping around for car shipping quotes Direct Express was the only one able to guarantee a set price. Pick up was a day late but we were fine with that as we still needed the car for that day and the driver was in touch immediately all the way through delivery in AZ from FL which only took 4 days. The customer service rep I worked with, Kelly, was also amazing helping as needed as well. The entire process was simple and seamless, I HIGHLY recommend Direct Express!
