I have an appointment today and I've been waiting all day at 2:00 I received a text saying that I have an appointment today and they'll be seeing me sometime today I click on the link the websites out of service so I call when I call I find out that it's been canceled but just received a text saying that they were looking forward to seeing me today after a few phone calls I found out that they have lied on me saying they called me and that's why it was canceled then after another few phone calls find out that it was actually canceled yesterday but I receive a text today saying they're looking forward to seeing me today and that appointment was actually canceled yesterday make it make sense and they want to get at me for feeling some type of way and and saying a few Choice words yeah I did this is how you run a company this is how you treat potential customers haven't heard a word from them if it wasn't from me calling I wouldn't have heard nothing about it I still as far as I know my appointment is still on it's still scheduled because I haven't received word any haven't received anything else saying different and like I said the only communication that has been done between me and Auto Glass now is me calling them. Now I'm the bad guy because I've been waiting all day for my appointment which it still has time for my appointment because it was between 12:00 and 5:00 it's only 3:38 I'm the bad guy because I've been waiting all day and received text from them saying that they were see me later on today but the appointment was canceled yesterday but I was told the reason the appointment was canceled today was because they called and I didn't answer make all this make sense

I went to location on Alta Mere in Ft. Worth and it was a very positive experience. I was out in less than an hour. The tech was very nice, showed skill and explained what I needed to do for the next 3 days and answered the questions I had. My entire back windshield was replaced and like I said, he was done within about 35-40 minutes. He did tell me that if you had someone come to you it didn't cost more. I didn't know that. Considering the cost, service, no added charge if they come to you, clean waiting room, I will go back.

The guy showed up and decided he couldn't do the replacement because "it might rain" and that would take more time for him wait to do the calibration and he had several other jobs in multiple locations to do today. Unacceptable. I will be using a new replacement company.

I made an order to put windshield in my car and spent the whole day waiting for them to show up and when they finally showed up they didn’t Even come with the right windshield in the van nor anything. Needed to install a windshield in the car they where hired to install the windshield in the car they was hired to do, TOTALLY WASTE OF TIME MY WHOLE DAY AND THEIR WORTHLESS WASTED COMPLETE DAY DUE TO THIS COMPANY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY LIED AND DIDNT DO WHAT THEY WAS WAS HIRED FOR TOTALLY WASTE OF A WHOLE DAY OF MY LIFE

The absolute worst company to deal with. I have called several times getting promised to call back and no one does. I had my windshield put in December. That day I noticed it was shaking. The next morning driving down the road part of the seal came out of the windshieand and was hitting against my driver's side window. After several calls I had asked them to come back out and fix it. Finally, someone had and the seal is not straight, there is a gap. It looks like a two year old did it. I have called 6 more times since then and they keep promising me a call back. It has been 3 weeks. Noone has. I just want it fixed.

Whileemployees were friendly when I talked to someone, this was the worst customer service I have EVER received. I had to reschedule my first appointment even though I had communicated multiple times my time restrictions. Additionally, they thought my repair was just a fix and not a complete windshield replacement even though I indicated otherwise.nThus the total amount due was $100 more than originally quoted. They never respodned to my requests for a time window and then gave me a 20 minute notice as to when they were showing up. I had a scheduled appointment do had to rebook 2 weeks later. AND now today I got notification , again, that my appointment was anywere between 9 and 5. No duh!! I called at 10:30 asking for a 2 hour window and no one ever called me back. I sat around the entire day waiting to hear from the tech. He finally showed up at 4:00. I do not recommend the company.

Horrible experience with this company. Warning…DO NOT let your insurance agent hand off your windshield replacement to this company. After many useless email messages…service tech never showed up for appointment. When finally rescheduled service tech improperly installed windshield resulting in water damage to my dashboard and interior following a rainstorm. Auto Glass Now has refused to send out a tech to fix the problem. Terrible attitude…incompetent service staff.

I just scheduled a small chip repair. They said they would be here between 8 and 5. They called/texted at 5:03 and said because I didn’t answer they were cancelling. I called right back and they said it’s been raining all day - unless I had a covered garage they wouldn’t have done it anyway. They confirmed it rained all day but never called to reschedule. Don’t bother scheduling with this place - not worth the aggravation
