Terrible Service. They failed to show up after two appointments. They booked the second one a week out after they screwed me on the first appointment. I called Ocean Glass and they came the next day. AGN is AWFUL!

Any company that employs drivers like the person driving the van with the plate Y68612 on West Roxbury Parkway at 3:20pm on 5/27/26 deserves a 1 star review. This guy is a lunatic. Blowing red lights driving down the wrong direction just before the parkway. Insane behavior

I recently had my windshield replaced by this company. I understand that modern windshield replacement and calibration can be expensive, so my disappointment is not with the price itself. I was willing to pay for quality work and expected the vehicle to be returned in the same clean condition. Unfortunately, I was very surprised and disappointed by the state my car was left in afterward. The next day, when sunlight came through the windshield, I noticed glass shards sparkling throughout the interior. Once I spotted the first pieces, I started finding them everywhere — on the dash, in crevices, and around the front interior. It was honestly concerning, especially considering how dangerous that could have been if I had an open drink, children, pets, or someone reaching around the vehicle. I was informed beforehand that the old windshield would shatter during removal, which I understood. However, I assumed proper precautions would be taken to protect the interior and a thorough clean afterward. Nothing appeared to have been covered, and the dash cover was not removed or properly cleaned. Thank goodness I had seat covers. Again, I am not looking for anything free or unreasonable. I simply expected a professional, complete job for the amount charged. The windshield itself looks fine, but the cleanup and attention to detail were far below what I expected from a professional auto glass service.

Ron B. FANTASTIC. From start to finish 100% customer service. I called yesterday for a quote (after speaking to 2 other windshield repair shops who were NOT customer friendly). I was given a quote and told I could make an appt for 10 AM this morning 5/5/26 which I did. I would highly recommend this company for all the services they provide. In plain English, NO BS.

I had a very poor experience with this shop, mainly due to bad communication, inconsistent pricing, and questionable workmanship. Initially, I received a quote of $309 online for a front windshield replacement for my 2008 Mazda 3. When I called, they confirmed a discounted price of $246 and scheduled my appointment. However, after I arrived, they didn’t start working on my car until about 45 minutes later. Then, after another 30 minutes, they informed me they had broken the new glass during installation and didn’t have a replacement in stock. I had to leave the car there, and they promised it would be ready by the next day at noon. The next day, when I arrived, they told me the glass still hadn’t arrived and asked for another day—without ever calling or texting me to inform me beforehand. I had already spent money on Uber twice because of this. When I raised the issue, they showed a bill of $363, which was completely different from the $246 confirmed over the phone, and claimed they had no record of that price. After I showed them the $309 online quote, they finally applied a $50 discount from that amount—but still did not honor the originally agreed $246. To make matters worse, they kept my car outside overnight in the rain with no windshield installed or protection. When I finally got the car back, the airbag warning light was on. I called them, and they told me to bring it back so their mechanic could check it. But when I returned, they refused to take responsibility and didn’t even inspect it—completely contradicting what they told me earlier. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. Poor communication, inconsistent pricing, careless handling of my vehicle, and unprofessional behavior. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I definitely won’t be coming back.

Not even 1 star. And they got 4.9 rating? They must have paid people to get the 4.9 rating. They quoted me for $50 tiny chip repair. I confirmed with the schedule for $50. Technician asked me for $129 , I said only $50. He called the office to confirm, call me back and asked me to pay $50 , I was using my CC to pay for $50. Oops, sorry I accidentally charged you $129. Accident? Anyway, my chip was still there on the windshield, he did not do anything. It looked exactly the same as before the repair. These people are scammers. Stay away from AGN or you will not only wasting money but you will have a heart attack, also.

A classic and unbelievable BAIT AND SWITCH company. DO NOT USE! I made an appointment for my Toyota FJ Cruiser, which needs a few specialty parts (I've had the windshield done before so I know this) and they quoted me $371. On the day of the install, the tech calls and said "I dont have the parts, they didn't tell me I needed them." Ok, very frustrating, but I rescheduled AND called back to CONFIRM that they knew what vehicle they were replacing. They said yes, all set. Then, on the morning of the second appointment, the tech called me and said, "Okay, so it will be $651." Yes, almost THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS more. I called the office and the guy said, "well, it's an FJ Cruiser and it needs special parts." Well no kidding, you knew that from the beginning! What an absolute joke and waste of my time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. There is no way they have a 4.7 out of 5 stars, that has to be fake. Run as fast as you can from this joke of a company.

My experience was great fast and acting management skills led by Daniel Johnson and his team of experts by Terry Williams I cannot be more happier with the experience that I had. They did a wonderful job I am happy.
