I arrived about 40 minutes late for my 8:00 a.m. appointment and fully understood that my delay could affect the schedule. I also let the staff know that I would be waiting while my windshield was replaced and was prepared to wait as long as necessary. The technician told me he would begin working on my vehicle but would stop if the 9:00 a.m. appointment arrived. That was completely understandable. However, he also made a point of reminding me multiple times that I had been late on two occasions. I acknowledged my mistake and wasn’t expecting special treatment, but the attitude and repeated comments were unnecessary. Customer service matters just as much as the quality of the work. A professional explanation of the scheduling impact would have been sufficient. Because of this experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Called and made the appointment for an AM repair for my windshield. They never showed up, was told I was imagining making a AM appointment. Was informed at 3:30 with a missed call telling me that the appointment was canceled and that "I" needed to reach out to reschedule. I do scheduling for a company, your customer service and client communication sucks! I tell my clients the day and time of arrival when they schedule. The young man I scheduled with was good, the experience crashed after that.

They charge way too much and don't price match. The other company offered new wipers and A Rainx coat for 262.00 this place was almost 400 dollars and no wipers or Rainx. Do better guys.

The lady I spoke with on the phone at autoglassnow on Glenston ave in Springfiled MO was very friendly and was able to get me scheduled for a windshield replacement. She originally offered me an appointment that same week, but I wasn't available, so we scheduled it for the following Friday at 3:00 PM. During the week leading up to my appointment, I received multiple text and email reminders confirming my 3:00 PM Friday appointment. My wife and I drove 1.5 hours to Springfield for the appointment and arrived at approximately 2:20 PM. When we checked in, we were told they would not be replacing my windshield because they only work on a first-come, first-served basis for customers who drop their vehicles off before 2:00 PM. I was told I would have to reschedule for another day, drop the vehicle off, and wait in line. I explained that I had a confirmed 3:00 PM appointment and had received multiple reminders. The employee told me that the booking agent sometimes gets confused and schedules appointments incorrectly. Unfortunately, this meant taking time off work and making a 3-hour round trip for nothing. Because of the inconvenience, I chose to schedule the replacement with Safelite instead, even though it cost more. I understand that mistakes can happen, but if your company does not accept afternoon appointments for windshield replacements, your scheduling system should not allow them to be booked. This experience cost me time, fuel, and lost work, and it was very disappointing.

I set an appointment for Monday I got a vague text about my Monday appointment. at 10 I called them then I got a text from installer saying windshield was damaged and they would have to reorder it and should be able to get it by 3 if they could get it on truck for today. He said would bring it first thing Tuesday morning again didn't hear anything til I called at ten and they said they would have him call me.again no call no text.called again woman who answered said again that someone would call me.again nothing, finally I received a call saying they had been trying to get ahold of me all day and could not do my windshield again and it was blamed on me and my phone like all others show who calls and the times. They never tried and lied about trying.i told them they lied and wasn't going to do business with them and they were untrustworthy....very poor people skills and no dependability. Won't recommend

On June 1, I had my windshield replaced by Auto Glass Now at 5710 Roseville Rd., Sacramento. The installer put a 15-inch scratch on my roof. The installer was very professional; he said he would notify his manager, and she would get back to me the next day. I received no call, so I called the shop and left a message on June 3; no call back. On June 4, I called again and spoke with district manager Steve. He said he would take care of everything needed pictures and an estimate. On June 4, I sent a picture of the scratch. On June 9, I sent an estimate to fix the scratch. Receiving no response, on June 11, I texted Steve for an update; I received no response. On June 15, I texted Steve again for an update; no response. On June 18, I texted Steve again; no response. On June 20, I spoke with Steve, and he said he would call me back by the end of the day; I received no call. On June 20, I texted Steve again; no response, so I made an appointment to take it to the shop. On June 26, I took it to the shop; Steve apologized and said he would call the warranty department and call me back by Monday. I received no call. On June 30, I called the shop and spoke with Laura; I emailed her the estimate. She said she would check into it with Steve. No phone call back. On July 2. I called the corporate office, was on hold for 20 minutes, and then the call dropped, I called back and was told it would be push up to the area manager; waiting on a call back but don’t see it happening . Please avoid this company!! I have never seen customer service like this in my life. I feel like I'm in the Twilight Zone. Next step is Small Claims Court and the Better Business Bureau.

I scheduled an appointment 8 days ago and they sent me several texts verifying the appointment and them receiving the part.(front passenger side glass)The morning of the appointment I called them to make sure the technician was going to be here to fix my car because I had to go out of town tonight! They said yes and the technician would call me!1:00p.m. I get a call stating they couldn't locate my window glass and wanted to reschedule my appointment for the following week!I said no I was going with a different company!I would rather pay more for good service and good communication than deal with that! Now,I have to drive 1000 miles with a broken window!I would give 0 stars if I could on here!
