I went to the Croydon branch and have to say impressed with professional staff and cleanliness of the branch. My screen was replaced in a timely manner and I am really happy with the service I received. Would definitely recommend. Lastly I have never seen toilets so clean. Spotless. 👍

Auto Glass Now on Williamson Rd in Roanoke offers first rate service at extremely reasonable prices. I got a windshield ding while traveling and called to see if it could be fixed. Lindsey was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. The ding could be repaired, but I chose to replace the windshield. I was taken care of and out the door in less than an hour and a half. The price was more than fair and the windshield came with a lifetime warranty from a company that has nationwide services. Thank you Lindsey and the tech who installed my windshield. Forever grateful for your honesty and your exceptional work ethics. You folks are awesome!!

Everything about my experience at AGN was great. The technicians do a great job. They really get you in and out quick. Jennifer at the front desk is very knowledgeable and always puts the customers best interest first. I’ve used AGN several times for glass repairs and have never been disappointed.

Said glass was in stock, turns out they order when you check in. So after waiting 3 hours “they say” “ it was the wrong glass in the box” “it will be tomorrow before we can get the new glass. auto glass NOW…..lol not so much!

Absolutely…TERRIBLE!!! I was shopping around, got a competitive quote, so I gave them the “go ahead “ to get my passenger front window replaced on my 2001 GMC Yukon. I was actually thrilled that I got such a great rate. I was looking forward to getting that window replaced!!! Hold on. Stop right there!! Gentleman comes out to attempt a repair, but failed because he needed a part so he couldn’t complete the job. It was a Friday, he told me to go to a well known auto parts store to get the regulator he needed, seemed like a friendly guy, I thought that it wasn’t that big of a deal. It was almost 5 o’clock, so I told him that he could finish the job the next day, (Saturday.) It’s about to get deep. Saturday comes, I dropped $60 on the regulator. I had his number programmed in my phone. So I called him. He didn’t answer, I tried 3 times and even called dispatch, no answer. He didn’t tell me that they are off on the weekends!!! Ok!!! Fast forward to Monday. Get ready for the punchline. He said HE was going to call dispatch, after I told him who I was and asked when he was going to finish the job. No. I called them. They had to charge me an ADDITIONAL $110 to have someone else come out to finish the job, and not available until Tuesday!!! I decided to go along with their agenda because I knew that if I called another company to come out, then I would be paying a lot more than $110. Ended up getting screwed. NEVER AGAIN!!! Next time, I’m going with another company like Safelite because Caliber can kiss my “you know what “ if they’re going to treat me like that.

To Whom It May Concern: I have had to contact Autoglass every single time to try and get this sorted. my Windscreen was first replaced on the 23/09/2022 after it was replaced I noticed the windscreen wipers were not coming on automatically. Autoglass contacted me through the survey and feedback they then rearranged someone to come out and take a look at my windscreen on the 20/10/2022 he had a look also noticed the windscreen wipers were not automatically coming on so check a few things when he finished he could not find a fault Marcin who looked at the windscreen said someone would be in touch, no body was until I contacted Marcin to get this done only then did someone contact me I was informed to take my car into the workshop in Gateshead which I did do on the 03/11/2022 still the fault was there the workman stated the fault was with the Glass and a problem with someone Glass on the Ford's as this happened on the S-Max so he says and now there must be a problem with the C-Max he stated someone would be in touch to discuss the replacement windscreen and again nobody has been in touch it feels like I have been forgotten about since the windscreen was replaced on the 03/11/2022 still the windscreen wipers do not come on automatically when it rains but the headlights are continuously on even during the day time when its bright so that's another fault so faer i have found auto glass useless with doing the windscreen my Insurance Renewal has gone up Also now the windscreen trim is very loose you could pull one side of it out and probably the whole windscreen would fall out absolutely shocking Kindest Regards Mr G Whitworth
