Auto Glass NowReviews of autoglassnow.com

While out of town over the weekend, a rock hit my windshield and chipped it. I immediately looked online for windshield repair near me. When I called the Carrollton location on Josey Ln, they told me they opened at 8:00 Monday morning and I could just walk in without an appointment. I arrived before 8:00, but they were open and welcomed me in. My car was immediately taken back and the work was completed within 20 minutes. You can't tell I ever had a chip (star) in my windshield! Very friendly service and expert repairs along with quick service made my day! I highly recommend that you use AutoGlassNow! for any windshield repairs or replacement needs you may have.

The installer broke the liftgate glass while removing it. They said it’s not their problem, sometimes they break. Had to buy a new glass from the Range Rover dealer for $753 as there was no aftermarket available. Auto Glass Now said there was no charge for the removal, normal charge is $50 to remove and $60 to install. They charged $200 saying it was because I bought the glass from the dealer. I was charged almost triple for the install after having to pay for a new glass. Auto Glass Now says that is their policy and they refuse to do anything to make this right. STAY AWAY!!!!

The price was good! Laura was on top of everything and if is a hiccup she tell you what's up and fixes it in minutes! The Job was on time and in the time she gave me

I replaced the windshied on my Mercedes SL500 at the Union, NJ location. I am glad I choose this location because she was very pleasant and professional. Matt, the manager, delegated the work and it was done on a timely manner and with an excellent outcome. Thank you and will highly recommend.

While in Augusta I needed my rear window replaced on a 2015 Subaru Forester. AGN (Deans Bridge Rd) replaced the window. While working on the window the tech broke a large piece of trim. After multiple calls to the local store and an email to the home office still no help in getting the trim replaced. Very dissatisfied with this company.

I've just had my windscreen replaced by auto glass in New Costessey NORWICH. The booking process was ok.. The technician was brilliant. He did a great job. First class auto glass centre in Norwich. Hope I never have to use the service again. Just brilliant. Many thanks

When I made contact with the tallahassee office, Eric ordered my new windshield. Within 2 days the mobile staff came to my home as planned, and on time, changed out the windshield in 45 minutes. Bailey and James did an AMAZING JOB and was so professional and pleasant. Thanks again to Eric, Bailey and James.

Back passenger glass on our Buick was shattered by thief while we staying in Indianapolis Indiana for a Medical procedure. Called Auto Glass Now on 38th street in Indianapolis, and they were able to get the glass we needed and installed that afternoon! Fantastic people and service! We really appreciated not having to drive around Indianapolis without a back glass.
