I received the chair a few weeks ago. Upon arrival, I noticed that the right armrest had been damaged during delivery. After contacting support, I received a replacement part almost immediately and without any hassle. All in all—even though the chair squeaks a little—I am very satisfied with both the chair and the support team.

Bought a FullAuto Ultra chair. It is good quality, very adjustable. It's best if you spend a bit of time getting all of the ergonomic adjustments right for you. The extra features of heating, cooling, and vibration are very nice. I had a manufacturing defect a few months after my initial purchase. The company sent a brand new replacement seat at no cost to me. Their customer service department was very responsive and even checked in to make sure the new seat was working. I would definitely buy from them again.

L’achat s’est très bien déroulé. J’ai eu besoin de contacter le service client qui a été extrêmement réactif. La chaise a été reçue plus rapidement que prévue. Le montage s’est très bien déroulé, tout est à sa place. Après quelques jours d’utilisation, je n’ai rien à redire du produit. Il faudra que je le teste un peu plus longtemps cependant.

Autofull m6 Pro 2.0 besteld voor €399,00....Erg blij mee, want 2 weken later was ie € 499,00. Schitterende zware, stevige stoel met airco en verwarming in de zitting, wat beide erg goed werkt. Heerlijk in warme, of koude tijden. Super verstelbaar lenden support, en beweegbare nekkussen. Ik ben helemaal tevreden met deze shop. Waar ik minder tevreden iver ben us GLS. Tot het pakket in NL was, kon ik niks traceren. En had graag een richttijd willen hebben aangezien het een gigantisch pakket is van ingeveer 30 kilo, dus graag thuis wilde zijn bij ontvangst. Dag voor levering (6 dagen na bestelling) kreeg ik pas een bericht. Gevraagd of Autofull wat meer info in kon zien, en dat konden ze, en hebben mij tot het pakket in NL was dagelijks met trace info gemaild. Heel Netjes. In mijn beleving allemaal top!
