The back "massage" is just vibration, and the chair isn't even comfortable
I bought the AutoFull M6 Ultra 2.0 expecting a real back massage function. The backrest module doesn't massage at all — it only vibrates. My first email to support went unanswered for 8 days. When they finally replied, they said the vibration is "by design" and that the backrest module cannot be replaced separately — despite the chair having a 3-year warranty. And the massage isn't the only problem. The chair just isn't comfortable: the seat has hard plastic parts in it, and you have to keep shifting around to find a position that doesn't hurt — and I'm not even a heavy person. When I asked to return it, they refused because their 1-month return window had passed, and instead offered me compensation amounts to keep the chair. I declined — what I wanted was to return it, not a discount on a product that doesn't work as advertised and isn't comfortable to sit in. If the massage feature or long-term comfort matter to you, look elsewhere.
