I was very happy with the chair at first. However, I recently noticed that the seat cooling was barely noticeable, so I decided to test it more closely. It quickly became apparent that no air was coming through the seat, which indicated that the ventilation system was defective. I contacted customer support, and they responded very quickly and professionally, offering me a solution without any hassle. Overall, the chair is very comfortable and feels well-built, which is exactly what I expect at this price point. The only reasons I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 stars are the small issue with the seat ventilation and the rather long delivery time. Aside from that, I'm very satisfied with my purchase and would still recommend the chair.

We bought 2 gaming chairs, the Autofull M6 Ultra+ 2.0 and they did exceed our expectations a lot. They are very easy to put together and install everything. The quality is 10/10 and they are very comfy. Everything works smoothly and they even have a battery you can charge seperately so the chair doesnt need to be plugged in 24/7 with a cable which is a huge benefit to us. We hope it will stay long because we are really enjoying our game nights. The customer service is amazing they are really proactive when it comes to having a look where the delivery was and they replied so friendly and fast like nowhere else. We already recommanded this product to all our friends! Keep going

Je recommande fortement, en effet les produits sont de grande qualité et le service client est top, j’avais diverse question et l’ont m’a guidé afin que je fasse le bon choix et le bon achats, de plus j’ai également eux un suivis de produits malgré les un ans passés ou le support m’a échangé un accoudoir gratuitement et rapidement sans problème malgré la date d’achat de plus d’un an. Un suivis est fait avec le même conseiller et les réponses sont rapides. Ma chaises est superbe et je ne changerais que pour prendre le modèle au dessus en restant chez AutoFull.

The Autofull chair, exceeding my expectations as I thought, another over priced gaming chair but I'll give it a try. I must say that I am happy that I got this chair as it fits the requirements that I was looking for. It is very comfortable and extremely adjustable to the positions where I feel comfort. I really like all of the features but I think the foot rest is my favorite. I use the chair for my work from home and for gaming and it's perfect for both!

I have been pretty happy with my chair. It is rather comfortable and the fans are quite nice. My only beef is the location of the buttons. Ive had it for about a year, give or take, and the arm rest had cracked and eventually broke off. I emailed support and they sent me a new one as soon as they were able.

I got a m6 ultra 2.0 as a birthday gíft in october 2025, after two months the little silver arm rest ajustment broke. I wrote the support, i send them all information they needed, the replacement part was out of stock at that time and they gave my girlfriend 10% of the price back and asked me for patience. When it was restocked a few weeks later, they send me an email and send me the requested part. It was a long journey to the EU, but if you are a nice and patient person, everything will be fine.
