The whole experience was straightforward, and I really appreciate them going out of their way to help resolve the issue without any extra cost. It’s great to see a company that genuinely cares about its customers and stands by its products. I'm really enjoying my chair I bought from them, it is extremely comfortable, and very adjustable/ergonomic! Would definitely recommend Autofull based on my experience!

Very nice service

Det er en rigtig fed stol, men armlænene flyttes lidt for nemt på, og nakkestøtten kan trækkes ud ja, men bliver der lagt det mindste vægt på den ryger den bare tilbage igen. Massage funktionen er nok ligegyldig ved mindre man køber den helt dyre version, men den vibrere da fint hvis man er til det. Køle funktionen er til gengæld rigtig fin, for den bliver lidt hurtig varm, varme funktionen er ikke noget jeg har prøvet eller kommer til, sætter heller aldrig varme på bil sædet. Prisen er lidt for høj i min optik. Samlingen tog en evighed og måtte bruge en anden bolt end vist på tegningen et sted, heldigvis følger der ekstra bolte med. Den kommer helt uden strøm på, men man kan heldigvis bruge funktionerne imens den lader. Men med det sagt har jeg ikke oplevet bedre støtte til lænden på nogen anden stol og det var den primære grund til jeg valgte Autofull, fordi støtten til lænden så god ud, og den skuffede ikke. Ville give 3,5 stjerne, men den er tættere på 4 end 3 stjerner helt sikkert.
