I love My Aura frame! So when it stayed on all night?, then in the morning went black screen, I was frustrated 🥴. Rey did an awesome job listening to me and suggesting steps to resolve my screens problem/s . Rey suggested a new power cord sent to me for free! and awaited my reply to see if that worked? or a continued search for a solution. After we emailed to Aura Frames that ours stopped working, we received a new power cord free of charge. It brought the Aura Frames back to function perfectly fine. In today’s world it is wonderful to deal with a company that has such amazing customer service people. Michael, Ebony and Chelsey have been in contact with me by e-mail helping me with the problem. Happy to say the problem was solved quickly.

When i made my initial support request, the response, and possible solutions came quickly. When the first effort failed they continued with possible solutions even sending out a replacement cord ,which solved my issue.

Easy to log an issue, quick response, you sent me for free a new plug and it worked. I'm up and running with my Aura frame working again in less than a week.
