The Chat was a good start and quickly got me a customer service rep - Nirvan - who was very supportive, helpful and knowledgeable with detailed next steps to resolve my problem. Hooray! I've had my Aura frame for a long time and it puts a smile on our faces every day with cherished memories. Thank you.

We had some technical difficulties with a family member trying to help and they messed up our login. Customer support was great and responded right away to help sort it out and get things working.

Between all of our family members we have five Aura frames. It makes sharing family photos dead simple and an absolute joy for the grandparents who get to see new photos on a regular basis. We received a large Aura frame as a gift last year. Sadly, the display started showing some issues with ghosting and over saturated colors. I sent Aura a support ticket with a video and they sent a replacement with no further questions asked. Isaiah on their support team sent some easy to follow instructions and the new frame was up and running within minutes. Thank you for standing behind your product, Aura. Their app is so well thought out, and their frames are gorgeous. They are second to none.

I contacted Aura customer services to ask how I could get a replacement for the power cable for my digital frame. They responded very quickly to advise that they were sending me a replacement at no cost to me. This is the best customer service I have ever experienced! I have bought several aura frames as gifts for family and friends, I will certainly be buying more!

My Aura frame had trouble connecting to my workplace captive portal wifi. When I reached out to Aura, they were prompt with their responses, provided thorough instruction and continued to help me over an extended duration, due to my own delays in following their guidance. After numerous failed attempts to connect, Aura offered to replace without any solicitation from me to do so. I was extremely satisfied with the customer support and felt like they treated my frustrations with patience and understanding. This type of customer support is a rarity!

Isaiah Was Super friendly, helpful and efficient!

Our daughter received an Aura frame as a gift for her birthday. Unfortunately there was a defect with the frame for whatever reason and the images had several magenta and yellow lines across them. The frame had been ordered on Amazon and we were not given a gift receipt. I contacted Aura directly a few months later after being unable to return the frame because we did not have a receipt. I was extremely surprised and happy by the amazing customer service I received from Aura. Even though the frame had been purchased on Amazon, Aura replaced the frame at no cost to us. We now own four Aura frames and are extremely happy with the image quality, color accuracy, and ease of use of the app. We will be purchasing two more frames as gifts for Christmas because of the quality of the product and incredible customer service we received.
