Have 2 frames,both electrical connections (plug) changed. Had to buy 2 cords for $46 . Not very happy !

We were enjoying the frame - a new baby daughter. Then we had a problem. Aura (Kim was the agent) were very understanding and did an excellent job solving it for us. Thank you.

Both of our frames randomly stopped working. When we plug them in the screen is just black with a faint circle in the middle. However, it still shows up in the app as if it’s fine. I’ve opened several support tickets - each from different email addresses - and they have been left unresponded to. Unfortunately won’t be buying or recommending Aura Frames if I can get this resolved.

I just want to thank Hajar and Adam in customer service for the outstanding way that they dealt with a replacement lead for my Aura photo frame. I initially emailed to find out if they could recommend where I could buy one from and I was so surprised when Hajar replied and said they would send a replacement. I gave the wrong serial number by mistake and I emailed again and Adam picked up my email this time and he was just as lovely as Hajar and dealt with the matter straight away and I received my lead within a couple of days. This is so special to receive such service these days, it really does go a long way and I highly recommend the frames too, I bought two of them, and they are easy to set up and use and the quality is excellent. So everything about Aura is absolutely brilliant. But a special thank you to Hajar and Adam who are wonderful representatives for Aura.

Every WiFi Connected Device I've owned Recognizes Nearby WiFi connections, but NOT AURA FRAMES! Our internet WiFi Connection went down 6 months ago. We had to Change Internet WiFi Providers. ALL of my internet dependent devices AUTOMATICALLY RECOGNIZED the NEW WiFi and Connected to it but NOT AURA FRAMES! I have spent the last 6 months trying to get Aura Frame to Connect to the New WiFi but after MONTHS AND MONTHS working with Aura's WORTHLESS CUSTOMER SUPPORT IT WAS DETERMINED THAT AURA FRAMES NOT ONLY DO NOT RECOGNIZE NEW WIFI INTERNET CONNECTIONS BUT IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO DELETE THE OLD WIFI INTERNET CONNECTION AND ADD THE NEW WIFI INTERNET CONNECTION!! STAY AWAY FROM AURA FRAMES!

We were brought an Aura for Christmas and we absolutely love it. So easy to update photos in the app on the go and the quality of the frame and pictures is fantastic. We also had a great customer experience- our Aura frame stopped working, the quickly identified the fault and sent us a new cable free of charge and the frame is back up running. Highly highly recommended

Carver frame worked OK for 18 months and then died completly, no power, no wifi, nothing. Very expensive failure. Not recommended.

I usually don't write reviews on companies that I deal with, but just had to. Many people write negative reviews when something doesn't work or go to their expectations. Our grown children got together and bought us an Aura Photo Frame so we can see our Grandchildren growing up day to day or family outings. At first, I thought it was a gimmick, I started seeing photos added by our children and Grandchildren, and then started looking forward to getting new photos. I could sit and watch it scroll through...if I wanted to see it again, just scroll it back with the click of a finger. Wow! Then one day, it just went blank, a dark screen, it goes to sleep when the lights are off in the room, I turned all the lights on, didn't turn on. I checked all over for a power switch, none. I tried on line to find answers, finally talked with someone who after listening to me, said, "I think it's your power cord, what's your address?" 2 days later, in my mail box was a new power cord. I plugged it in and after a reboot, the frame came on and all of our photos are there. Thank you Aura! Barry Quinn Hamilton, Ontario Canada
