My Aura frame just went black one day, I reached out to the customer service at Aura Frames August 9, I received and response August 10 and was told a replacement power cord would be sent to me free of charge. I received the power cord August 12 it fixed the problem!!!! yeah! I let customer service at Aura know how wonderful it was to have such prompt helpful response and assistance. Great quality all around

Thank you Aura for your Support I had an issue with the old power cable and they replaced this FOC as I had purchased a new Aura frame and troubleshooted that it was the cable. The customer care support was exceptional. Thanks you once more I now can use both frames.

I reached out to Aura for a replacement power cord for a frame we had purchased years ago for my aging parents. After they passed away, I found the frame but couldn't find the power cord. Aura customer service went above and beyond and replaced the power cord for no charge! Free part and free shipping. I can't wait to see the photos on this frame that has been idle for some years now.
