The hearing aids are huge and will not stay in the ear if you have small canals. Plus do not try returning them as this company will rip you off with either a $29 restocking fee or a 50% refund of the purchase price. Either way, Audien makes a few bucks. Shame on them for promoting a 100% satisfaction return policy! I will be reporting then to the BBB.

This product reminds me of the toys you got at the arcade at the county fair. These are complete junk. This company stoops so low as to write ridiculous return policies so nobody gets a full refund, or no refund at all. If you haven't opened the package it comes in and pay to have them shipped back, you may get a refund. If you need to make a living by scamming people out of their hard earned money you need to be in jail!

Purchased Audien Hearing aids. They were chunky, fit poorly in the ears. Paid $149. When returned, received a refund of only $120. This is a scam.

Absolute garbage the first hearing aid arrived with only the left one working. There company sent me another set with the same problem. They said if I didn’t open the product they would refund me , but with a 29% stocking fee.i am hear to say don’t don’t by the product it’s a piece of garbage, I told them I had to open it to see that it didn’t work, the correspondent person was a idiot. I hope no one else get sucker into this mess.

This company used false advertising when they claimed these are invisible. They are huge. I returned them, unused, and requested a refund, and was charged a 50% restocking fee. This was not disclosed when purchased, and is quite excessive. It is a very easy way for them to scam consumers and gain free money. I will be reporting them to the BBB and filing a complaint with the AG, consumer protection board, as well as warning consumer on social media about these scammers.

I didn’t have much faith in a “ no test” hearing aid. I knew I would benefit from one but absolutely could not afford one The first day I used the hearing aid I forgot about the gradual use time recommended. It was that comfortable I could hear things I didn’t know existed. Like the click of my keyboard when typing I also have moderate tinnitus which although hasn’t disappeared- it is no longer primary - it is secondary because I can hear Very Happy

I have needed hearing aids for a long time. The cost of them are way over what I csn afford. I saw an ad for Audien Hearing. I was skeptical at first but tried anyway. I am so glad I did. The came when wss told they would come. I started wearing right away. What a difference. I can actually hear my wife talking to me. Thank you Audien Hearing fir making my life happy once again.
