After seeing Audien Hearing Aid ads on FaceBook, needing hearing aids and having friends that spent up to $4,000 for theirs, I decided to give them a try. I've had them for 4 days and think they are wonderful. It's so nice to be able to hear what people are saying and not have to turn the TV up to the point it annoys family members. The customer service is great and I would recommend them to anyone that needs to be able to hear better. I'm 83 years old and also have ringing in my ears, the hearing aids help with that as well. Thank you, Audien family for making these available.

I bought these for my Husband and I am thrilled to say that he is extremely happy with them. They were easy to program and are very comfortable. I highly recommend Audien Hearing

Great marketing and packaging, poor product performance and support. Here are the details One: I was encouraged to pay extra for the EV3 at the time I checked out. One day later, I was told that they were out of the original EV1, so they were upgrading me to the EV3 at no extra cost. I had already paid $50 extra, so I emailed their support and still have never heard back. Two and most importantly: I bought these to help me hear kids in my classroom and conversations in busy areas. They help with neither. They only make everything louder, including the tapping of feet, pencils, shuffling of papers, etc. They are heavy and big-looking and create a very loud feedback when inserting them in my ears which concerns me that they will cause further hearing loss. The feedback is not always caused by touching the microphone on the earbud as the company suggests, and by the way, it is very hard to avoid touching that mic when inserting them into your ear. 3. Finally, I've emailed their support for both of the stated issues above, and have not received a response after one and two weeks. I have spent $139.00 for a product that does me absolutely no good, and in fact I am much better off not wearing them at all. I hear better without them.

I purchased the EV1 hearing aids from the company website on Aug 18 and received a confirmation email the following day. On Aug 20, I received another email stating the order had shipped and included the tracking number. On Aug 22 I received another email stating that they had run out of stock on the EV1’s and they were upgrading me (for free) to the EV3. I found this odd because 2 days prior they had indicated that the product had already shipped. And after reading other reviews, it seems that "everyone" gets an upgrade. The item arrived on Aug 28, safely within the 7-10 day shipping window that is advertised on their website. It came wrapped in a padded envelope and arrived without damage. The overall quality of the hearing aids seems okay, but there is some discrepancy between the product and what is advertised. 1. They claim the aids are “virtually invisible” and “no one will know you’re wearing them. They even show an image of the aids looking smaller than a dime, when in fact they are actually larger than a nickel and you can clearly see them in your ear. 2. The color of the aids appears to be light flesh color, when in fact it is much darker about the color of coffee with cream in it. The hearing aids did work for the short amount of time I had them in, but to reach the full benefit you are instructed to start out by wearing for short periods of time each day and increase the time over 30 days. The 30-day money-back guarantee is misleading, and most people will not receive a full refund. When you read the fine print, you see that the 30-days begins from the time you place your order, not when you receive the product. And only applies to unopened, full-price items. Since the order page lists the regular price of the hearing aids at $149 but shows them onsale for $89, that means that no one pays full price, which would void the refund. While the purchase was smooth and the product is somewhat acceptable, this is not a company I would recommend doing business with and would caution my friends and family to make sure they understand the return policy and that the product is not the same color or size as advertised.

Buyer BEWARE!!! They are not as small as promoted. It looks like a big gob of gum sticking out of your ear. The quality is awful! I attempted to return when I discovered there is a $29.00 stocking fee AND an $8.00 postage fee. A far cry from "Money Back Guarantee." According to the rude customer service agent, the fees are clearly in their policy. This is disingenuous. One has to dig through to find the details. Any reputable company would have an asterisk by the 30 day money back guarantee then list the fees in clear sight.

One of mine won't work and I've tried to get in touch with someone from support and I get the run around. All I want is the one that won't work but can't get anyone to respond
