Do not I repeat do not buy these, absolute rubbish, received a pair, one not working, informed then ,no reply, then I sent then back for a replacement/ refund, no answer, I guess I’ll end up with nothing, This company is no good so I have reported them to the authorities.Once a gain I repeat DO NOT BUY

EV 3 came and they don't charge. The contents in package look nothing like they advertise. 2nd day trying to reach them. They don't answer their phones nor they answer their emails. Horrible customer support. I would give them zero stars if I could.

BUYER BEWARE. They didn't work at all - except as ear plugs - couldn't hear a thing other than static/white noise. Their support didn't get back to me for days & then just sent links to troubleshooting tips like charge them up and turn them on (duh). When you click to message them on Facebook messenger, you immediately see a statement saying 'Oh no, you've received a defective pair'. And they never replied to the message I sent. I was skeptical but the ads & all over the website it said "30 day money back guarantee" "see for yourself". And there were lots of reviews saying how great they are. What you don't see until you try to return them is unless you haven't opened the box you have to pay $8 plus a $29 restocking fee - oh, and the box must be intact with no damage. They are probably sending out the returned items over & over and making at least $37 each time. If they are not sanitizing and reusing them, why would they need a restocking fee and an intact box? (Audien never answered this question for me). THIS COULD BE A SCAM. *********************************************. Reply to Sean Pitt, Head of Customer Service: I see no way to respond to Sean Pitt's answer to my review on Trust Pilot. I have exchanged numerous emails with both Amber, Madi, etc. at Audien customer service with no satisfsction and I am done with this company. At this point, now that Mr Pitt has confirmed they sanitize & repackage items that have been returned, I definitely do not want a replacement pair. I only want my $37.00 back. My next step will be to contact the BBB with all my documentation of their misleading advertising and poor customer service.

Great product for a great price. Shipping was fast and after a little bit of tweaking the volume, I found the perfect setting. It also noticed that my tinnitus has decreased considerably. My family is amazed and my co-workers as happy they don't have to keep repeating themselves. I only wish I had know about Audien sooner.

After viewing an ad on Facebook, I purchased EV3 for $89.00. First,I was disappointed with it and I am light skin and the color on them is medium tan brown not what I saw on their ad. Second, they stick out like a "sore thumb" and looks horrible on me! Finally, I contact Audien and they refuse to replace or refund if packaging was open. Worst thing I've purchased and will never purchase anything advertised on Facebook!

I am writing this for my husband who purchased the EV1 after reading that they guaranteed a refund within 30 days if not satisfied. On his order, they gave him a discount and he paid 75.94 for the device. They emailed him that the EV1 was upgraded to EV3 and he would receive the higher grade device at no extra charge. He received it read the instructions and then did everything - charged it, checked the ear pads for fit and wore them for a few minutes a day but one device kept whistling no matter what and the other just did not work. No whistle, no sound coming through. I adjusted the volume for him but it never could get to a comfortable level and it continued to whistle even with a smaller bud. I emailed them for my husband via their website for assistance but they did not reply. I then emailed from my husband's email address indicating it was a second request and finally got a reply. One which stated the device might need a new battery, might need cleaning, etc. He just received it and it might need a new battery and/or cleaning? He hadn't even used it for 2 weeks. Anyway after back and forth, he was offered a choice of a full refund if it was defective or if unopened, replacement, etc. How on earth do you check the device if you don't open it? How do you know if it is defective if you don't try to use it? He ultimately decided to ask for the refund for a defective device. Today he received a message that they refunded him 38.94 out of my original payment of 75.94! What kind of refund is that after they gave him a choice? We believe this company is out to make money off people who cannot afford the $5000 cost of traditional hearing aides and the device might have good intentions, but does not live up to their hype. That is wrong because most of the people who buy this device are on a fixed income and can't afford to lose ANY money. My husband instructed me to give them less than -5 stars.

I gave this 1 star reluctantly as it's the only way to advance to write a comment about Audien Hearing Aids. Truly it's a minus 5 stars. Buyer beware! This product is cheap quality; plugs are too large for human ears; and the "hidden"return policy is a joke. 50 % loss no hearing gained. Obviously it's set up that way so this company can support it's money making scheme. Very sad when you stoop to preying on the elderly and handicap. They must live in a house with no mirrors. Writing complaint to BBB and Atty General. 10/26/20 Audien offered full refund for shutting down my post. 11/21/2020 Audien sent an email rejecting their offer of full refund because I told about the offer and I didnt delete the original post. Basically, I didnt feel I needed to sell out to get what I deserved from the beginning; a full refund for a cheap and ineffective product. From the other negative reviews about their products and services in this string, their intent is obvious. Judge for yourselves. My post is HONEST and ACCURATE and I see no need to spare Audien any further embarrassment. If the well over 700 views of my post spared someone else the agony of falling for this sharade, I'm satisfied. Not everything is about the money. So definitely worth it.

I ordered the EV1. I got the EV3 and they are HUGE! Won’t go all the way in my ear, they hang out! Was told there would be a 29.00 fee to return if opened. I had to open in order to find out they didn’t fit. I don’t know what the difference is between the 1 and 3. No body will answer me. It was not explained about the 29.00 fee either.
