I have had a great experience with this company and their product. I waited for months to make a decision; how could such a great priced hearing aid compare to those "professional" models? Well, I finally placed an order, and wow! I am very impressed with the product and Audien! It works great, and the follow up by the company is outstanding. They won't take your money and then ignore you. I feel like I'm part of a "club" that appreciates my membership. Try it!!

I purchased a pair of EV3 hearing aids. I immediately started to wear them after they were charged. Very comfortable and clear sound. I wear them all day beginning on day one. Highly recommend!

Device became defective in 60 days. No replacement

Terrible company to deal with. I requested a refund(30day money back guarantee) as they were not strong enough for my father and he couldn't hear anything. Because we had opened the product(how else are you going to try?), there was a restocking fee. It was extremely hard to get in touch with anyone. Apparently if you email, you can't call and if you've called they won't reply to emails. After 2 month I received 1/2 my money back. I would never recommend them

Ordered my first set of earbuds from this company based on both price and on line reviews. I received them in less than 10 days from order and was initially very satisfied (only on of my ears is bad as far as needing help) so when I switched one earbud with another, I discovered that the second one did not work. I contacted them about two weeks after receiving them with this issue and their customer service area was very helpful in walking me through the exchange process--specifically Erin and Milan in their Customer Service area. I got a return mail label from them very quickly and within 7-8 days, received an new set of earbuds (in addition, Audien paid for the return postage!). I am very satisfied with the new earbuds--I just need to get used to them (fortunately, Audien enclosed very detailed help/user guides with great information on a timeline and what to expect when using their product. I am very happy and would recommend them to anyone who wants to purchase quality hearing aids at a great price. Great price, very effective product and GREAT customer service from Milan and (especially) Erin, who was very effective with communication along the way!

I had been waiting for the new EV3 to come on the market and had worked with ERIN in customer service for several months trying to get the product that worked best for me. She contacted when it was available and ordered it for me right away. I am waiting now for it to be delivered. I cannot say enough about the gem who works for you, ERIN. She has been a lifeline to help me every step of the way in getting just the right product for me. She is such an asset to your company.

I ordered the Audien hearing aids for my husband and he loves them!! I am extremely pleased also as the volume on our tv is now at an acceptable level. Ordering from Audien was easy and our shipment came quickly. The instructions were easily understood and my husband now looks forward to watching movies because he can hear them clearly!!

These hearing aids are nothing short of junk they are like loud speaker in your ears . The sound is very distorted all kind of background noise , sound like your in a tunnel .The reproduction of the sound is very poor sounds like a PA system unlike real hearing aids don't buy until you read my review . They do not answer their phone put you on hold forever !
