This 5 star review is for their excellent customer service. I have series of concerns and issues before and after order placement but they did respons quickly and address those concerns professionally. I bought these hearing aids for my grandmother and she loves it. Please support this business.

I had to contact customer service to resolve an issue with my devices. The representative who took care of me was Cheyanne. My problem was addressed quickly and competently. I can recommend their customer service to you if you are looking for hearing devices.

I just received my order of your tiny hearing aids. After making the proper adjustment for sound level, I tested them out the same evening. I was overjoyed when the sound came through crystal clear. After more than a year without proper hearing, I finally was able to watch a TV program without the need to turn the volume up to the max. Recharging worked beautifully so that the next morning, I was ready to start another perfect hearing day!! I have ordered more than 7 other aids over the past several months, and every one of them failed to deliver. They were all returned for refund. I plan to order a second pair of your tiny aids just in case I lose one. I never want to be without them from this day forward. Congratulations for producing this excellent product and marketing it at a very fair price.

Hello Hameed, We are sorry you feel you were not helped fairly. We accidentally sent you an email letting you know we "upgraded you for free" after you had clicked to purchase the upgrade. We have refunded the upgrade cost of $60 and reached out over email to help resolve this issue. It is also likely you received a defective unit!

I surprised my hubby with these hearing aids. Not only are they made in the USA but are affordable & work great. I'd recommend these to anyone who has hearing loss. Thank you Audien Hearing for making a product that people can actually use & not break the bank.

I ordered their EV1 hearing aid and it really did not fit properly. They allowed me to upgrade to the EV3. They were caring, professional, and reacted promptly.
