Erin was great. We discussed several options but relized that none would work for my circumstance. I’m looking forward to improvements being made to the volume control which was my only issue. Everything else about the EV3 was amazing.

No people skills or compassion or admit they made a mistake on how I got my hearing aids without a order number or a record of me getting my hearing aids so they don’t have to replace the ones I bought and will not recharge after only 3 months,they call it a family run Company, but real family have pride and respect for their customers and their products they sell them. I had over the ear hearing aids. However, they did agree with my glasses frames and we're constantly shorting out. One day, I saw the Audien ad on Facebook and ordered the aids that day. I love the aids. No glasses frame issues. I wear them all day, take them off at night, put them on the charger, and in the morning they are good to go! I love hearing again.

01/14/2021 update: I FINALLY got my $249 that I was charged (in error) 14 WEEKS AGO! After turning this matter over to Wells Fargo I received the money I was owed. If I had not turned this over I am sure I would still be waiting. I was charged $50 in overdraft charges and I know I will never see anything for that. STAY AWAY FROM AUDIEN. You wi thank me. Still no official refund. I just CANNOT understand why Audien could not refund the $249 they overcharged; they could write a check or use PayPal or *something* right? The customer service was HORRENDOUS, they acknowledged they made a mistake and said they were sorry and that's it. They could also offer an apology (Amazon gift card or anything really). Look elsewhere for your hearing needs. If this is how they do business, UPDATE: It has been OVER 30 DAYS since I was charged twice for one pair on hearing aides. ($249 00 x 2) I contacted company, they said sorry it's a glitch, you'll be refunded in 3 to 5 business days week after week the same it's the same. Product didn't work for me, I returned within the 30 days and I got reimbursed. However I am still owed $249. 30+ DAYS LATER AVOID THIS COMPANY.
