I love my BTE hearing aids, just whish the company would be quicker in their communications when dealing with replacement hearing aids, this is why I choose to insure them for what shoild be quick turnaround time, took over a month to get my new ones, other than that I love my hearing aids.

Didnt buy them, cant buy them outside USA. Being bombarded with emails, dont want to unsubscribe in case they start to sell overseas, Very protectionist approach to sales.

Fast service and excellent product. It actually is small enough to fit in my ear! This seems to be the best on the market.

Iam in the wearing a couple hours at a time phase. I can tell a difference in my hearing for the better. Still trying to figure the right volume, but right now I am happy with the hearing aids.

Returned due to extra small openings and ear canals. They would not fit in.

Marketing. They do a great job on sales and marketing their product right down to packaging The product . My first unit never worked but they did replace it.I still had problems with squealing. I updated to the Atom2 it worked much better. Customer service said it’s important to use the larger size cover which seems to be doing the job.It has been two weeks and one of them died,the other is working fine.
