These hearing aids do work. The support team really tries to help. What you miss is hands on help with adjusting the hearing aids. Arthritic fingers are a problem. A big problem I have is that my ear canals are very small, so it is hard to get them in the ear snugly, so there is a lot of whistling. I truly am amazed how well I can hear the radio and TV. I have a minor conductive hearing loss. I do not know if they work with neural loss.

Great HA fore the price hearing sound that I haven’t heard in years. Had on HA that’s stopped working. Customer Service replaced immediately.

They sent out a replacement immediately as well as a shipping label to return the old part. I am extremely pleased with the performance of my hearing aid it has made a real difference in my Life.
