I like them but I lost one What do you suggest can I order one

Had a problem with hearing aid and they fixed it immediately. Excellent customer service.

My customer service experience was great. It was the easiest experience I've had with any customer service in many years. The first set of hearing aids were too big for my ear canals, so I was upgraded to another pair that will hopefully work. They are due to arrive today.

I originally purchased the Atom Pro aids and was unable to insert them in my ears because they were just too big. I returned them and replaced them with the Atom 2 model. And once again using the smallest earbud, I could insert them but not enough to keep them from falling out within minutes of use.

Liked the Atom aids when I got them Oct 24th but one quit charging Dec 20th. Tried to call the number (can't be completed as dialed) and emailed finally on Jan 3rd. No response as of Jan 22. So much for lifetime support. I don't know if I should send the unchargable one back for repairs or if you just pitch them when they stop working after 2 months. No support for answers.
