Had an issue whereas we purchased the Atom 2 set, hoping it could enhance the hearing of our 93-year old mother. Unfortunately, it provided no additional gain from what she currently is using. Needing to return on their 45-day policy, they were quick and efficient to send SASE package label.

The atom didn't work for my mom who is in her 90's. Perhaps her hearing deficit was too severe to benefit from these aids, but company did send return mailing label so I will get a refund.

I originally purchased the Atom and the Atom Pro. Only the Atom arrived. After several weeks, I sent an inquiry if they were being shipped separately and why did I only receive the Atom? Omar with Customer Service was great. He sent me out a replacement pair for the Atom Pro that was lost during shipping. My boyfriend was already impressed with what he could hear with the Atom, but when he tried the Atom Pro, he could really sense the improvement in quality of sound. We are very happy with both sets of hearing aids and the amount of money we saved over purchasing "traditional" over the ear hearing aids.

I talked to a person named Kevin yesterday about 2:45 pm. I called to ask for a query symbol for my return on 2 pair of hearing aids. He said you don’t have one to have the post office to scan barcode and can print label for free shipping. P O person did this and couldn’t print a label. He told me that I could go to a print shop and get one printed at my expense. I live 30 miles from town. He told me “guess you will have to pay for it yourself” I did just that. Cost me $12.45. Sent with a tracking number. I also asked him to have a supervisor call me back. It is 9:45am on Jan 25, 2024 and never received a call as of yet. He is the only person I have talked to that was rude and arrogant. I am not a happy camper.
