You mentioned that you went through 4 pairs of our Atom Pro's and each time one of the hearing aid went dead after a couple of weeks. Hi Gary, I hope this message finds you well! I saw the review you left us and I wanted to make sure you're taken care of. You mentioned that you purchased the most expensive Audien hearing aids & did nothing for you. The level of sound increased but did not solve your problem with high pitched sounds. Kindly note that our hearing aids are ideal for those with mild to moderate hearing loss in the high frequency range. While we can't customize the frequencies they pick up, if you have the Atom 2 Series or the BTE, you can adjust what the hearing aids capture from your surroundings. Essentially, your hearing aids will have listening modes which will allow the hearing aids to concentrate or minimize background noises based on your needs.
