I saw the review you left us and I wanted to make sure you're taken care of. You mentioned that your experience has not been great. One hearing aid screeches too much. Misc sounds seem "off" out of the one ear piece. Changing out guards didn't fix it. We're sorry to hear about this but rest assured, we are committed to make this right for you. A proper fit is essential for getting the best sound quality. If none of the earbud sizes work for you and the hearing aids are too large, you can try using them without the earbuds. Just make sure to clean the hearing aids and replace the wax guards more frequently. While the earbud can make the hearing aid more comfortable, it's not necessary for the hearing aids to function properly.
