Great customer service! Love the portable charging case.
Besides the great customer service, this company has a good product at a low price that we could afford. I usually wear expensive hearing aids that I got through State industrial insurance. I lost them and it's too soon to get more. This was a great choice. I also enjoy that the charging case is portable and I can take it with me so I have a place to store them when I need to take them out. In the past I've had to be very careful with them in my pocket with a chance of losing them. Thank you Audien!
