Despite multiple attempts from the first day my order was never gotten correct, resulting in my cancelation of service. Despite my cancelation of service mistakes continue to be made by AT&T. Despite at least 5 attempts, AT&T could not correct their mistake.

Installation guy called me on his way over and got here right when he said he would, but installation ended up taking a while. To make up for it, he gave me more storage on my DVR or something. I was happy with the compensation, and the installation guy himself was clean cut, kind, and pleasant to deal with. Plus the TV and Internet have been stellar so far.

I spent 4 hours on the phone and spoke to more that a dozen reps -- over a period if 3 weeks trying to get service correct.

For the first week after my service was installed I had service for a total of 6 hours! The technicians I spoke with on the phone had no idea what the problem was or when it would be fixed, but that didnt stop them from making promises they couldn't keep. When I did get in touch with the tech that actually installed my equipment, I was told he couldn't help me anymore because someone else had been sent out already so it was on that new tech now. The whole ordeal has been a headache. A week after I was promised that my service would be working again it finally is. Hopefully it gets better from here.

I had a little trouble getting my internet set up but only because of a line connection problem. I called customer service and was told that a field member would be coming to my house two days later to fix the line and get my internet up. To my surprise, the very next morning, I had a field guy pulling into my driveway and he immediately fixed the problem and got my internet working a day sooner than the recommendation! He was very kind, knowledgeable, and skilled. Customer service called a couple days later to follow up with my internet service. I felt very cared for during this situation. I also just switched my phone service over from Sprint as well! I'm very happy with having service out in rural California! Thanks AT&T!
