Who I spoke to on the phone very nice just having trouble on getting the u verse connection keep changing the appointment date and have not even showed up yet.

Didn't actually know when the service would start or that a local installer would contact me when I was passed off to a security firm trying to sell me service. After that everything went smoothly when 2 days later an installer showed up and got us running with no issues. The internet could be faster, but was the best combination of speed and price.

They came out a day after I called and installed it and had everything running perfectly

I have had the run around no kidding talked to over 22 agents just to get service installed properly and things are still not right.

We had cable internet and TV. We changed everything when they kept making us lose channels. AT&T beats cable hands down!! My husband plays RPG games online and he says it's even perfect for it!!

I was a former AT&T Customer and thought I would never go back due to AWFUL customer service experiences when U-Verse Internet came out. I have heard good things from close friends, so I tried it and am very happy so far!!

Hey Big, wanna build your own TV set and package the right tool is going U-verse cuss. You can do so much stuff on there with a click of ya remote. I just drop my other cable TV carrier for AT&T and they are the bomb cuss! Just try it out cuss ....

We really do like our services. Its better then anything else we've had. The internet works great, and I really like the variety of options on how to watch things.
