Initially we had some miscommunication when I called for ATT-U-verse. After instillation when I became aware we didn't receive what I wanted, ATT changed the plan to suit us. So far we are very happy with the service. Still waiting on my free $100.00 gift card as was promised.......

Overall the internet and home phone service works great however, dealing with satellite companies has its downfalls. My install date was rescheduled two days later w/o me being informed of this and caused quite the inconvenience. Once this was squared away I've had no further issues and would recommend AT&T to anyone.

I recently changed companies to AT & T! I was Promised several perks but when I changed those promises was not kept! ( maybe human error) not sure! One of the promises was to port my number over it took me speaking to over 10 specialists before I finally got my bill Resolved! I got Grace she was courteous like The others but she listened like she was a customer and resolved my issue right away! I was very appreciative & thankful! We're not perfect but we can fix our mistakes, not place blame and make the customer unhappy! Please AT& t learn from Grace! It would've saved me a lot of time & headache!

First of all it was very very easy for us as new customer to call at&t and start new account Then it was too fast to receive the internet router

After having phone service turned on for 3 weeks I received an email saying it was cancelled. Called number given in email to see why I was told I need to call another number. I was transferred and put on hold just to get a recording to say it was after hours with 5 min still to Spare. Let's just say AT&T is not onto good list and I would not refer anyone to them.

CSR was very helpful on the phone and our service works great. The response time from pressing remote button to box reaction is sometimes delayed, but no big deal.

I recently moved out to my first apartment, me, my 5 year old daughter and my fiancé. I've never in my life lived in a house with cable! I didn't know what to look for or what to expect, I began searching calling one company at a time, I called about 6 different companies. As soon as I got on the phone with ATT i knew they were the ones, the lady I was speaking to was so helpful she made me feel like I was just having a informative conversation with a friend! I now have internet and cable, something me, my daughter and husband all get to enjoy! And i must say I got a very great deal! Don't waste your time looking around like I did.
