It would have gotten 5 stars but I can't get uverse at my house. I was first limited to Hughes Net and it is horrible. Glad that ATT could help me.

not cool. ATT only went to the minimum contact outside the office building. Management told me ATT was not allowed in the building because they always made a mess with the wiring, I had to pay an installer to finishing the connection. cost me 80 dollars.

I am with AT&T for last 5 years. Their coverage is the best and really fast. And money wise also it's very good cheaper than any other competive networks.

I've had AT&T internet service in the past and the service was great, they were very consern about any problem I had and very prompt about fixing the problem. I recently reconnected my service and I'm very pleased. And a very happy customer

ATT provided me the most terrible, unorganized, AWFUL service when I tried to set up a DSL account with them. I was given incorrect information about installation by the initial person who took my order, I was given the run around by customer service reps that barely spoke English. I was lied to repeatedly about the status of my account and when service would be turned on. I was told a technician would be out one day, he showed a day later, then wouldn't even turn on service because he wanted access into my home. I ended up cancelling the whole order which turned out to be a nightmarish process as well. I am STILL getting calls from them about a technician coming out even though I've cancelled the order. DO NOT use them for anything. They are worthless, unorganized, and it was a completely horrific experience dealing with them.

We had lost a primary number a month ago and were struggling with our Business phone number not being connected . Needless to say the provider we were with was a very large known company and made promises they could not keep. We contacted AT & T and received excellent Customer Service and had our numbers back up and running in no time . Thank you AT&T and the Ameritech team we really had our prayers answered.

Love AT&T! They have the most channels and are less expensive than their competitor.

The ATT service man called before he came, got here when he said he would, was professional, respectful, and did a great job! I wish all service calls were this easy and effective. The issue was fixed AND he set things up so that the next service man to come and hook up our next phone could do it with ease! Wow!
