I sincerely commend your team for your outstanding support and integrity, especially in the way you handled my refund request for the reseller hosting I purchased earlier. Your professionalism and fairness stood out, and I deeply appreciate it—aside from the occasional delay in response, which is still an improvement compared to my previous host. The refund was not entirely your team's fault; the timing was unfortunate. I had to extend my subscription with my previous host due to the imminent suspension of my account, which ultimately led me to cancel the plan I purchased with Asura Hosting. However, I am now considering migrating entirely back to Asura Hosting, and I hope the service will be just as exceptional. For now, I give 4 stars, but I will definitely upgrade to 5 stars if I experience great service during the migration.

I had an issue with my website's PHP settings and have created a support ticket with Asura Hosting. They responded very quickly and resolved the issue soon. Best hosting support team, especially for the price of service!

My radio station and website has been down as of this writing, 17 hrs. I have not been able to get them to get anything working nor any response from them. This is truly unprofessional and unethical as I have very angry clients now and I'm losing money by the hour. They refuse to respond to any of my emails. Do not do business with this company. Their website says 20 min turnaround on response, that's a lie. If they see this, this is ticket number Ticket ID: #842040, but I doublt they will respond. They can also respond to my email. Update: August 15, 2025 Asurahosting looked into the situation and was finally able to fix their issue. So I suggest giving them a try for yourself.

Experience with them has always been positive. Services are what they say they are and no BS hidden fees or similar. Pricing also is straight-forward. Just all-round great provider.
