They also offer streaming services with Centova autodj with top service. Very recommended 5. Affiliates program 6. Zero intrussions, malware or DDOS attacks - The BAD 1. Down periods due routing issues from their routing providers. 2. When issue is from their routing providers they are unable to do any alternative action to help customers. This is happening from time to time. During the last 12 months, happened about 8 times 3. Copy paste responses 4. Support is ONLY avaylable via ticket and it uses to delay responding 5. They erase your files without any warning to free more space (shared plans) 6. They use to suddenly move your account contents from one server to another to free more space. Sometimes this moving makes some data loose

You pay what you get. Seems that Asura is just like that. It seems to good to be true, and it is. The servers are very slow. All WordPress websites we moved to Asura are so slow in the back-end. If you tell that to support, you always get an answer like: "Everything appears to be functioning smoothly from our end, and our team continues to monitor the server closely, taking necessary actions as required. Therefore, we can confirm that the server is operating normally and no issues are detected on our end." They probably just have to many users on the server, and a website loading in 8 seconds is normal here I think. There is also a lot of downtime. I'm only a customer for like 2 weeks, but there is downtime almost every day. It is just bad. Don't even get me started on all the DATA they have LOST. Their answer is that it is the fault of DirectAdmin's back-up system or something like that. That is just BS. We had user back-ups in the user_backups directory. We we're working on restoring the back-ups. The next day? All the back-ups in the directory we're deleted. Why and how? No idea. We didn't had this problem with other hosters. Asura Hosting is very bad. Support is okay, but quality of the servers is absolutely horrible. UPDATE OUTAGE 09/10/24 Everything is still offline. Everything is offline for more then 5 hours. No communication to clients. All my websites are offlline and I already lost 5 customers since this is the second outage within 3 days. UPDATE 16/10/24 Can you guess it? Our server is down once again. What a joke.... UPDATE 23/10/24 cPanel server down again.... All sites unavailable UPDATE 24/10/24 MySQL server down... All DirectAdmin sites unavailable

Support is minimally decent, it has been faster in the past, their servers sometimes slow down and even have random downtimes, the last one was a network problem they had. Overall, it's reasonable, it's been better... I partially recommend it for those who want to have a personal site or something that isn't too troubled by downtimes.

The most Slow Brain support I ever seen. they won't do what you ask, and what they recommend is more stupid than them :)) I wish I didn't pay these people and they didn't mention in their policies that Crypto can't be refunded but can be account balance! VERY bad don't get fooled by these fake reviews 100% fake or reviewed by noobs who don't know what is a good hosting.

I wonder what is happening to Asura Hosting these days. I have been reselling with them for more than 5 years now and I am sure it is one of the best hosting companies in the world. Their services are affordable, and they attend to every request for support that is forwarded to them. However, I have noticed a sluggishness when it comes to responding to support tickets these days. Sometimes it takes hours to respond. Sometimes it takes more than a day! Today my clients' sites have gone off and have contacted them about 3 hours ago but the sites are still down! This is making me lose customers. I would have loved to give a 5 but because of delayed support, I have given a 3. Believe me. Asura hosting is still very good except for delayed support. I am sure they shall improve on this as soon as they see this.

I have been with Asura Hosting now for 5+ years. There is no better value. Support is fast, normally within a couple hours. I have never had an issue not resolved whether that was technical or billing. I have tried everyone else and no one can beat them on price and offerings.

As someone with a lot of experience from other hosts, this is the best bang for your buck you could get in the market, but to have that coupled with their immense dedication to support is a completely different ballpark. The way the support team goes to great lengths to help me is something that has surprised me, it makes me glad and I feel safe knowing that anything can be solved when I go to them!
