Asura is the worst reseller hosting I’ve used. Don’t waste your money or damage your business. With Asura, you will constantly be explaining failures to clients instead of running a hosting company Honestly, Asura Hosting is terrible. As a reseller hosting over 100 websites, this was by far the most stressful hosting experience I’ve ever had. If you’re running a serious reseller business and care about your reputation, stay away. Websites went down almost every day. Pages were extremely slow or wouldn’t load at all. They advertise “dedicated IPs,” but in reality the servers are heavily congested and clearly oversold. The performance was unacceptable. Every single day I received three to five complaints from clients—support tickets, WhatsApp messages, nonstop frustration—all about the same ongoing problems. Instead of growing my business, I was constantly apologizing and making promises to clients that Asura could not keep. Yes, the pricing is cheap, but now I understand why. The servers are unreliable, slow, and frequently down. There is zero peace of mind. You pay with your money, your time, and your reputation. I eventually moved back to Brixly, and the difference was immediate. While more expensive, Brixly delivers stable performance and complete peace of mind. Months go by without a single client complaining. It’s even better than Verpex, which I also used for a while.

Honestly speaking, asurahosting has the worst customer service support of all time. for the sake of your mental health and peace of mind avoiding contacting their support cos they will fustrate you without solution and if possible avoiding any service that require you to make payment for renewal untill the work and improve on their services. we the customers all deserve better from asura hosting management. G'day Viewers, I thought I would share my experience with this hosting company, one I have been associated with for several years now. It began, when after looking for good value and reliable hosting I eventually signed on with AsuraHosting. I read a lot of reviews before opening an account, many of which related to the companies early days and were less than kind in their appraisal but given there were just as many good reviews and the fact that I am a 'suck it and see' kinda guy who will make his own determination I paid my dues and my account was provisioned immediately. If I am completely honest, early days it was not all smooth sailing, with the odd issue of not being able to access the backend or a site went down briefly but after approaching support with my concerns acceptable reasons were provided for these instances and we soldiered on. But that was years ago and AsuraHosting has grown in leaps and bounds since those early days, providing things like anti-DDoS protection, premium site builder, NVMe storage and best of all, NO renewal price hikes. I LOVE that because I REALLY dislike the honeymoon periods other hosting providers foist on you. Then there is the support staff, who I have to say do an outstanding job. On the odd occasion I have asked for assistance it has been provided promptly and in a friendly and courteous manner which I appreciate greatly. And if that was not enough, then there are the prices which represent excellent value, particularly in light of the features you will receive. Soo, am I happy? The answer is resounding yes. Would I recommend AsuraHosting to you? Again the answer is yes indeed, particularly in light of the 30 day money back guarantee which means you simply cannot go wrong. There is no phone support, no live chat, and emails are either ignored or answered days later with the same excuse: “We are busy with our new Switzerland branch.” That is not my problem as a paying customer. My account has been disabled for over a month, even though support keeps telling me it is “active.” During this time, I lost access to 3 websites, had no backup restored, and suffered around $15,000 in financial losses due to their negligence. They completely failed to protect my data, failed to provide access, and failed to offer real support or accountability. My businesses were affected, revenue was lost, and I was left with no solution. If you value your websites, your data, and your money — stay away from this hosting provider.
