I’m choosing to remain anonymous for now, as I still have data on their servers. I’ve been with Asura Hosting for about 1.5 years, and while the pricing is very affordable, my experience over the past six months has been increasingly frustrating. During that time, I’ve encountered ongoing technical issues, particularly related to database reliability. At this point, my website is no longer functioning due to unresolved database problems. Unfortunately, when I attempted to restore my site using All-in-One WP Migration and Backup, the backup process also failed - seemingly because of the database issues on the webhost - which made the situation even more difficult to recover from. While Asura Hosting may be a budget-friendly option, my experience has not been good and it has been extremely unreliable. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ASURA HOSTING - even if it is inexpensive/cheap. I have contacted their customer service numerous times and they always respond; however, they have not always been able to fix the issues in a timely fashion. As a result, I am moving my website to a different host.

I've used their services especially hosting for since 2023. It's quite good but not too reliable because of their delayed support. A ticket takes so many hours for something that could be resolved quickly and affects a lot of operations on your end. But all in all, its good in terms of pricing, no renewal price hikes.

i paid for web hosting and domain name and up till now it's still showing pending. please rectify it. I am so stressed and it has spoilt alot of my works

Asura Hosting is one of the most Useless Web hosting services to use in 2026! And if you are still using their service, you are doing yourself more HARM than good! I got so many mails saying my hosting has expired and it was eventually suspended... It's been over 20 hours since I made payment for the renewal of the hosting plan and till this moment that I type this review, nothing has been done.... No response from the customer support team, no change in the hosting account status, NOTHING! Just a mail saying my Credit Card payment was successful! In 2026??? This is madness!!! If ASURA HOSTING will not provide quality services, they better shutdown their platform! This is ABSOLUTE NONSENSE of the Century!!!

I regret very much for using Asura Hosting. Used Asura Hosting from 30/09/2025 until now but it is enough. Always access problem and this affected my Google ranking very badly. I wold just say, dont make the bad choice that i made and regret.

xtremely disappointed with this company. The service was poor, and I would not recommend them to anyone. I requested a refund, but their customer service team is completely ignoring my messages. They have my money and refuse to reply or process the return. Avoid at all costs.

I have been using them for a while. Used to be very stable and good. However these days they need to pay more attention to the constant server outages as this affects things. Otherwise they attend to and resolve all issues promptly. Still highly recommended.

I’ve been with Asura Hosting for around 6 years. They were never the fastest, but they used to be stable, which mattered more to me. Over the past couple of years, though, things have gone steadily downhill. The main issue isn’t just the outages, it’s that they often don’t even realise something is broken. I regularly have to raise issues with them first, and when they respond it’s usually just a holding reply. When the problem is eventually fixed, the explanation given rarely matches what actually happened, which is frustrating from a technical standpoint. What makes this worse is their service status page always shows everything as operational, even during major outages. I can only assume that’s what they’re relying on internally as well, which would explain why they’re often unaware of issues until customers report them. To be clear, I understand that things go wrong. Hardware fails, routes drop, services have issues. That’s part of running infrastructure. But this feels like a lack of awareness and control rather than isolated incidents. Just this last 3 months: 1. DirectAdmin licence expiring without them noticing 2. Full email outages with no prior awareness (“records disappeared”) 3. Bot protection interfering with phpMyAdmin, effectively breaking access 4. Ongoing server issues where sites go from errors (513) to missing accounts entirely Most recently, I experienced a full server outage affecting all my sites that went unresolved for hours, again without them being aware until I reported it. At the price point, you do expect some trade-offs. But reliability and basic monitoring shouldn’t be one of them. It’s a shame, because they used to be a decent low-cost option. Unfortunately now, I can’t rely on them, and that’s starting to impact my own customers and reputation.
