I purchased reseller hosting through Asura Hosting, and a server crash caused me to lose all my data. I requested data backups and assistance multiple times via support tickets and email, but all I received were automated replies. My issue was never addressed, leaving me and my clients at serious risk. I expected timely and effective support, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.

We had an extremely bad experience with Asura Hosting. They wasted over 2 months of our time and never resolved a critical email and domain issue. From day one, we reported that our business emails were not delivering to Gmail and other professional email services. Their team initially assigned a blacklisted IP, then later promised a “new clean IP”, but the issue was never fixed. Despite repeated follow-ups, testing proofs, and business impact explanations, the problem remained exactly the same. Mike from their team made multiple promises that the issue would be resolved, but none of those promises were fulfilled. Eventually, he stopped responding completely. Because of their failure, our business suffered losses, communication with suppliers and brands was disrupted, and we even received negative public reviews due to missed emails. We paid for both domain and hosting, yet received no usable service. No refund has been processed so far. We were finally forced to move to Zoho Mail and buy another service just to keep our business running. This company offers cheap service with poor infrastructure, poor support, and no accountability. If you are running a real business and care about email reliability and professional support, avoid Asura Hosting. We have full documentation and proof of everything stated above.

As far as possible, avoid this service provider because they are fraudsters and steal our customers' data! We will initiate legal proceedings against the company within one week!

I love this company as I have been using their service since about 5 years now. Unlike other hosting companies, Asura Hosting are not greedy with their pricing and the prices are quite stable and very affordable. When it comes to the hosting services itself, their offer is unmatched (Unlimited space, unlimited domains and above all, a very stable hosting uptime).
