I got my I got my replacement phone 10…
I got my I got my replacement phone 10 days ago Which was the 16th. And by the 26 it had it completely stop working. The phone chargers are constantly breaking and not working. The middle part we charge it some of the pc broke and wasn't working. The charger will not stay in the phone because the port that you charge it with is broken. I've literally had 100 phones since I've with Assurance wireless. Order 26 of February To receive replacement phone. I was told by customer service that my phone would be especially Expedited And I will see it in 3-5 days. Of course it was a lie I have to wait 21-28 days like everybody else. I told them do not send me no coolpad , I told them no unimax, schock,or waco. I received and I also called them on the 16. How to activate my phone and to have a replacement. I talk to 5 people that day and nobody listen to me when I say I need to replacement phone.

Ms Joy lied
Ms. Joy was the customer service representative who helped me this morning when my dad's new phone just ceased to come on at all.
We called the number provided, waiting only a few minutes and was told that the phone would be immediately replaced at no cost. We were provided with an order number.
The representative was easy to understand, kind, charming, informative and I feel our issues are resolved...... Until we did not receive the phone promised. Waiting for a entire month before one finally did show up and with a broken screen.
However we are still great for the people who do qualify for this program and are actually successful.
I do believe that even though we are not receiving the benefits, this company is still receiving the pay from the government.

Horrible phone and service!
Horrible phone and service, especially internet!
I've had Assurance Wireless for several years because I can't afford a phone, and the service has never been the best, but when TMobile took over, their service has now sunk to the bottom of the ocean.
I'm constantly having to reset my internet on my phone, because YouTube is constantly buffering when I try to watch anything, and is virtually unwatchable for me now, along with all social media sites, and web pages that I try to view.
I might as well not even have internet on my phone, because it's become worthless to me, since it's either so slow, or just won't even connect.
I even have the emergency broadband at this time, with unlimited service, but I can't keep the internet working properly at all now, even for 10 minutes straight, without having to try to refresh my internet, which is a nearly constant thing now.
I'm getting extremely frustrated, and I wish I had an alternative to Assurance Wireless, because their service is so terrible!
I also have one family member that I can no longer text message with, and she can also no longer call me on my phone, but I can call her, when we used to be able to text message and she could call me, before this switch to TMobile.
What is going on with their already crappy service that it's getting worse every day?!
If I could give ZERO stars, I would!

Indian customer service is terrible
The customer service is in India and they're terrible. I had an exhausting conversation with someone for almost 30 minutes before he was finally able to tell me that my phone wouldn't be arriving for a month. And that's all I wanted to know, because when I signed up I got a vague email saying "there's a backorder and we'll let you know when it's ready...." Sorry, not enough information when you desperately need a phone. "There's a back order" and "We'll get back to you" ain't gunna cut it when you may want to cancel the order and get it from one of the many other providers available. Just absolute nails on a chalkboard to get this information out of the customer service rep. I swear, Indian reps are the absolute worst. All fluff, zero substance. They'll use 50 words to say something that could have been said in 3. It's insane talking to these people, and it's disgusting how American companies making deals with our government and being paid with OUR TAXES are turning around and cutting checks to Indians and then pocketing the rest. GROSS.

Assurance Wireless is a joke
Assurance Wireless is a joke. Plain and simple. My dad is unemployed and disabled due to lung cancer, so I helped him get service through Assurance Wireless. That was a mistake. A big one. Of course the phone they send you is complete garbage, but I'm not complaining about that, because it was free after all. My problem with Assurance Wireless is the fact that I dropped $300 on a carrier unlocked, GSM compatible phone and surprised him with it. But lo and behold, Assurance Wireless won't activate it for him. They said you can only use phones that come directly from them. Nevermind literally every other carrier in the entire world lets you BYOP, as long as it's carrier unlocked and compatible with their network. But not Assurance. Apparently if they're not directly profiting from your upgrade, then they won't allow it. Let's call it what it is. A money grab. No question. Because I know for an absolute, undeniable fact that this phone works on their network. They piggy back off of T-mobile and I tested the phone on my own Simple Mobile service. It works. Assurance just wants to be greedy and not let you use any phone you haven't directly bought from them. They literally told me as much, almost verbatim. It's disgusting. Save yourself a whole lot of disappointment and trouble, go with Safelink. Or even Qlink. But whatever you do, do NOT choose Assurance Wireless. Under ANY circumstance. Doing business with them is my BIGGEST regret in recent memory. And now I have to go through the trouble of switching lifeline providers and trying to keep the number because it's the one all his doctors have. Shame on you Assurance.

Poor communication and service
Those people from foreign countries can't even speak proper English. Makes me wonder who hired them .. BUT anyway they sent me a umx u693cl Which died the same day I received it on the 14th. So I called saying "that I want to cancel the service" and they kept giving me the "run around" then they said they were said gonna send me a Motorola phone as a replacement so we will see. Also another thing if you gonna provide crappy unknown Chinese phones at least include a case with it because every online store I looked it doesn't exist. And how are we gonna protect our phones if it gets shattered or cracked?

A rude representative unprofessional she deserve to get fired, the representative was not patient with me, she (sign) I heard her over the phone which means a attitude after helping me she hang up the phone on me, when I ask her my next question about data usage, she's rude & a discriminating */#%*% 🤬 I would rate this a 0 if I could but the lowest I could go is a 1, all cause of her.
