If I could give -0 stars i would. I left Assurance Wireless bcuz of the horrible Schok Volt phones, was promised this phone wouldn't be Schok Volt. It wasn't. It is a Koobee, and when I removed it from box i noticed how fragile it felt. 4 mths and it be on charger more than anything. During calls it's usually in an out, can't really have a whole conversation. I see where these China cheaply made phones are dirt cheap. Yet they sends them out to people who desperately need a phone. Assurance has turned out to be a trashy company since the merged or whatever with T Mobile

I have the same phone I received two years ago. Assurance talked me into buying a new phone two months ago and I haven't received it! I've asked them to refund my money and they won't do it! I was under the low/no income phone plan, but when I started having problems with spotty service and dropped calls: I knew it was time to replace the free phone. I just want the new phone I paid for or my money back. If you're low/no income please use another plan or buy a cheap pay as you go plan.

The agents misinformed me about resetting my password as required in the yearly reset this caused me to have to call back . they told me they would reset it for me instead of telling me that I had to follow automated voice prompts.i found this out the hard way if they had just told me this I wouldn't have called back wish they had just told me this instead they misinformed me and I had to find this out for myself wasting my time and energy.

Shortly after getting my phone it went missing at a public event. I was told to file a police report and email it to them, which I did twice. I've followed up several times because I haven't received it yet. After a month, I was just told to pay for a replacement and the police report apparently doesn't matter. That's not my issue. My issue is I did exactly as told a month ago and I have been without any phone all this time. I have to go to someone's house to use a phone to call them. Absolutely unacceptable. Why call if their answers are meaningless? No one knows what they're talking about there.

The service worked. Couldn't change the phone or anything. Customer Service was very misleading. Told me that the any Virgin Mobile phone could work. Bought the phone, customer service says never mind. It's crazy how incompetent they are. The service itself was fine, really disappointed and don't understand why any unlocked phone won't work with them. I don't see why they lock the SIM to the phone.

I had a excellent experience with Jane. She was terrific. Jane helped me with everything that I needed. Such a joy dealing with Ms. Jane. I wish all of your representative had a pleasant personality as Ms. JANE. I HAD TO KNOW AND REMEMBER HER NAME BECAUSE SHE WAS AMAZING. SHE NEED TO TRAIN SOME OF YOUR OTHER CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES.

This is the most absolute rip off company I have ever seen. I have a note 10. I need to use the stylist pen and they send me nothing compatible to it. This company is a complete rip off. They asked for 3 other phones to replace and not a single one I asked for in replacement was available. Just give me my phone back. Yall are the biggest scam company I've seen..

Shut me down on Christmas Day for no apparent reason!! I think cell phones especially lifeline phones are from Law enforcement period. A way to track your movement, all movement. Service sucks. Always sending stupid notifications
