Assurance wireless isn't right false advertising. I paid for 24 hours service for a phone and it was on a Wednesday and I didn't get the phone until Monday. They say they don't ship out on weekends but the phone got shipped out on a weekend. Ask for a refund and they said no refund but for me to contact FedEx and that's stupid because they did false advertising. Why lie and then don't do right by your customers. But the back office said no and never can speak to a supervisor at all. They are full of it now.

I leave one star if I could I would leave zero. I'm not able to get money back for a phone that different than the one I had before. I can't get 80 dollars back. The customer service is dissatisfying. I asked to switch the phone and no customer service representative was able to help me .

I don't view as Assurance Wireless being a bad company I view them as being a really great company that has really helped me off and on over the years. they provide me with the best customer service and they are very understanding and they were able to provide a great device of the Moto g pure and this time around I am so amazed of how well they treat me in customer service I don't consider this company bad I consider it a very amazing company with good people and I am just so thankful from God above in heaven that God provided unlimited service with unlimited talk unlimited texts and unlimited data in the state of California even though I don't like being a California native I just love being around Assurance Wireless

I REQUESTED A REPLACEMENT PHONE DECEMBER 2023 ,I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES TO BE TOLD THE SAME LIE.THEY WERE SORRY AND A NEW PHONE WAS ON THE WAY UPON VERIFYING MY ADDRESS.THIS PROCESS REPEATED WITH NO PHONE EVER SENT.AFTER FEB 5 2024 MY PHONE EXPIRED.I CALLED TO ASK FOR A SUPERVISOR.I GOT HUNG UP ON.THEY ARE HABITUAL LIARS!!!! TRY SAFELINK.DONT WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING ASS W.THEY BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH AND ONLY WANT TO PUSH PAID PHONE SERVICE AGENDA.THEY USE SURVEY MESSAGE LINE TO HANG UP ON YOU AFTER THEY PUT YOU ON HOLD .NOT HELPFUL MORE HURTFUL.TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

Worst ever phone calling customer service you call three different times and you get three different answers and then when you're like trying to explain to them what you've been told there's no notes so now you're going to tell the whole different story the company is horrible and then I can't find out their company their call center is out of India. So pointless to get anything took them almost a month to pirt my # number In when that finally was done they messed again put me off acp list still dealing with them about this worst if u dont want be stressed out dont come to this company I beg u.

Worst service especially for seniors and government phones personal cancel my service after they keeping a balance l had in the account

my older phones charging port broke so i ordered the schok volt sv55 from shopQ1 assurance wireless ordered it December 22 2023 received it dec 29 the day after receiving it the trash wouldn't turn on or charge and i have been calling emailing and more trying to get a new phone or my money back and i cant get in touch with them even tried a return and it was rejected it has a year warrenty but i feel scammed i just lost my job dec 18th and now this bs

Assurance wireless disconnected my service byistake and blamed me for it .when I tried to make a phone to my job it went straight to assurance wireless .they tolde I no longer qualified for their service they said that I tried to change my service to another provider.tjays not trie .then they told me the only way I could use assurance wireless is if I did a top up with them I had to add $5.00 toake a call or text so when I tried to add the five dollars they took almost $15.00 off ofy debt card I only got to make a half of a call them the fifteen dollars was gone It was suppose to be a free service that ended up with me having to pay And pay more then I was told I had to pay and didn't even get to finish my important call When I told them that's how I worked was with my phone and my boss was going to fire me because I couldn't work without a phone they tolde that was on me .it was not my fault they disconnected my phone .it was their fault.i had nothing to do with it they blamed me to save their necks .
