askdermReviews of askderm.com

Got the best price for the product I ordered and the salesperson was able to find my previous order and expedite things very quickly. There was no high pressure sales and I appreciated her friendly professional manner.

Nice selection of good quality cosmetics. Shipping was fast, nice samples with the order. Not to mention that I found a great deal. I think, this will become my source for beauty products!

I did an extensive search on-line for a specific hair system product prescribed by my dermatologist. askderm.com had by far the best price and combined with their coupon code and their free shipping over $49, it was a no brainer. On top of that, I received a free sample with my order, as well as a free full-size face moisturizer, which I love by the way. You had me at "free", but I did not expect such great products for free. Also, the icing on the cake was that I had an on-line issue and contacted customer service and it was immediately resolved and dare I say, it was actually a very pleasant experience. Fast shipping was another plus. Will come back again and again!!!

I had two issues with my order and both were resolved within 24 hours. They replied to my email immediately, I received a refund for one product and an RA # for another. Easy and effortless . I will use again! All also came packed and wrapped beautifully and safely. Great products too.

Great product in great price, good custom service.

great customer service, prices are lowest.

Order came within 3-5 business days as promised! I loved the free gift, the free samples, and free shipping! Thank you!

Like all sites like this it was fast and easy but they sent me such awesome samples and large ones! And nice little reusable bags, thoughtful...
