I was happy to find askderm and my lotion at a great price with a coupon as well. The shipping was quick and I had the product before I even thought to look for the shipping number.

The product shipped free of charge and very fast. I received the item within 3 days after ordering. It was well packed, original and correct product.

I placed an order on March 10th, got to use a coupon code and a $5 code, so I went ahead and jumped at a chance to get a Clairsonic. When placing the order I never saw anything that stated that it was not in stock, so I added it to the cart and proceeded to check out. After a week I had not received my email with tracking so I decided to email askderm.com. Waited and no response. So I called 3/19 and the rep was a bit snobby and short with the call. She looked up my order and said that it would be shipping the following Monday and I should receive an email with tracking on Friday. That was the extend of the phone conversation. I received a follow up email in response to the email I had originally sent. It stated that the Clairsonic that I had order was not in stock and would be shipped when it was back in stock. Why they couldn't have stated that when I ordered it, is beyond me. I don't care about the color, I would have just ordered one that was in stock. So after 2 weeks I still have no product nor tracking number.

Love the brand choices and cosmetic products available on your site. Always enjoy discount options, would appreciate more free shipping options. Nice to be able to obtain dermatologist grade brands and products for equal to (or even better when they cost less than the local dermatologist/medical spa).
