The process could not have been simpler or more transparent. Customer support reached out to me regularly to make sure that I had heard back from the gallery I'd ordered from and that I'd gotten the tracking information I needed. When my order was temporarily held up at the border, they looked into how long the delay would be for me. Federica, the agent who helped me was absolutely perfect. Thank you!

EDIT: Artsy have since apologised, explained the situation and offered helpful alternatives. I do appreciate the accountability they have shown. I was approached by Artsy via email asking if I was interested in selling a Banksy print I own (a print I originally looked into selling last year, but decided to keep). After sending an email and a follow up email, three days later I finally received a reply saying that the lady who got in touch with me spoke to her team and they cannot sell the print? Not sure why I was even approached in the first place, and confused why the print wasn't reviewed properly the first time around. Selling this print would mean life changing money for me, I'm not really sure the people at Artsy understand that aspect of art work selling.
