Art quality is great and the app is easy to use. It’s given me great recommendations. My only qualm is the shipping method caused me inconvenience— I wish they’d use maybe DHL or someone instead of FedEx, who did not make good faith delivery attempts over the weekend and thus I had to wait at home for two full days

Bought a piece through Artsy. Initially very good but their offer/counteroffer is clunky. When I submitted a 2nd counteroffer, I then decided I couldn't be bothered , yet I could not accept the seller's prior counteroffer- I had to wait until mine had expired thus possibly irking the seller. Responses to e mails slow or non existent. At the finish , all done fine, so a good site but IT and comms needs improving (where have I heard of that before- like,all the time)

Easy transaction and delivery. The piece was extremely well packed and arrived quickly and without a scratch.

I love how easy the app is to use. I wish it was required for a certificate of authenticity to be uploaded or at least proof of one. It’s been a pain requesting them from galleries. Should be required to be sent with artwork or to be able to download.

I'm represented on ARTSY through a gallery, and while it's a well-known platform in the art world, I feel that the visibility of artworks could be improved. The interface is user-friendly, and it's great to be showcased alongside other international artists. However, discoverability is limited unless the gallery actively promotes the artworks. Without external marketing efforts, it can be challenging to generate strong engagement and sales. Overall, a good platform for exposure, but it requires additional effort from galleries and artists to maximize its potential.

The initial process of divulging all my financial information before my offer was even accepted was a little anxiety inducing , making the whole endeavor seem like a possible scam , but it all worked out in the end.

Everything went good, but there was a problem with my address, but I think maybe it was not well done from the gallery . But artsy is very efficient and I feel secure .

I made a purchase and was charged twice. It was sort of my fault for sending them my offer and then accepting their offer. Truth is..Why does their system allow that? The good thing is that their support team is very good. Lake and Isabel were both very attentive in helping me. Lake took her time to understand what happened and to ensure I was refunded. The refund was immediate. The Gallery "Superposition" was very good too. They were concerned about the error and assisted as best they could. The Curator set me up with the artist to pick up the piece. Lake assisted me with scheduling the pick up as well. I will use Artsy again.
