The saber is great for the price a very good item I will get more from artsabers

My experience has been great. I got the top tier Vader model. Got a discount from watching a guys video. Was actually delivered sooner than expected. Yes it is made in China but what isn't...and it's well made either way. Super cool toy. Very Hollywood-ish. It took a few times to get used to the adjustments. But once I got it I had a blast messing with the colors and effects. "Unstable" is my favorite blade effect and in green, or maybe purple. Cooler stand than I expected too. Highly Recommended.

First off I want to say Artsabers has amazing products! I did a lot of research and found everything I wanted in a lightsaber from Artsabers. Someone may say the price is a little high but after receiving my Darth Vader lightsaber I can honestly say it was worth it. The xenopixal board is awsome! The lightsaber was beautifully machined and looks amazingly accurate. My only drawback was when I received my lightsaber it didn’t work. The bubble switch was loose and the power button itself fell out. I was somewhat disappointed but after looking at it more I realized that it was assembled poorly. I realigned the xenopixal chassis and reinstalled the power button and put in the extra power pad cover and it came to life! I had a smile from ear to ear and haven’t been able to put the lightsaber down since then. The colors and sounds are amazing and are much better than legacy lightsabers you get in the parks. The case is a great way to transport the lightsaber and all my friends are crazy jealous! In closing I’d just like to say I will definitely buy another lightsaber from Artsabers and even though I was a little disappointed in the beginning, I am hooked on Artsabers and I’m very happy with my purchase.

DON'T BUY YOUR LIGHTSABER FROM ARTSABERS. DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND BUY A RELIABLE LIGHTSABER FROM SOMEONE WHO IS TRUSTED. IT'S TOO HIT AND MISS WITH ARTSABERS. I ordered the the Luke Skywalker "Weathered" Lightsaber and I was sent a hybrid . Also, I had to wait a very long time for my lightsaber to be SENT FROM CHINA. Yes that is correct, the Lightsabers are made and sent from China. The item I received had absolutely no weathering, and as I mentioned before, it was a made up of mixed parts. At the time, I paid extra for the weathered version too. What's worse, now it's not working at all!!!! So now it really is junk. Artsabers said they are not interested in helping me. If they decide to send me what I paid for (and working) I will change my feedback.

I was obliged to replace the chassis kit, and I received the chassis kit, and some video explications for helping me. All was OK

I bought the Anakin Skywalker EP3 Proffie lightsaber, and from my experience, everything was what they claimed. It came within two weeks, though I had two issues when I received it. 1. I Was missing one of the golden prongs near the emitter when I received it. Fortunately, I knew someone who made a nearly identical piece after hearing Artsabers didn't have any spares of that said part. 2. The blade wasn't functioning however the hilt was. After a few emails and great customer service, they sent me a new blade which arrived within a week. Now it functions, and functions greatly! From my experience, they have great customer service and everything they claim on their website is true. I highly recommend and if I were to ever buy another lightsaber, it'd be from this company.

It was a rough start, but Artsabers went above and beyond for us. I was sent the wrong saber with Christmas coming. Artsabers corrected everything, and helped with every question I had. They made sure that I was taken care of with everything we ordered and everything was top notch. Sabers look and feel great - impressed friends who had (inferior) disney world sabers. Looking forward to buying my next one - Luke's New Hope saber. Love these things and I trust buying from this company.

I recently bought a XenoPixel lightsaber from Artsabers I didn’t have any problems with it since. The soudfonts are perfect and it even plays music! I definitely recommend Artsabers if you want to get excellent quality lightsabers
