I'm just confused about the reviews, half of them are bad, and another half are amazing. I don't know who to believe, and I don't know if I should buy them or not.

Do not buy! Stay away. They are such a bad company with zero communication. They sent me a tracking number that does nothing. It's been in the Same spot for 3 weeks now. I lost money here

I was a little concerned reading these reviews, being in the EU. The Lightsaber (Obi-Wan Elite saber) shipped within 10 days, from China. But, the saber arrived with Fedex, all taxes paid - like the website stated, and the quality of the saber is everything I could have hoped for. The kids want to play with it - but they aren't allowed to :)

AVOID. Poor quality / worse service. A £400 item started to malfunction within a few months / both electrically and physically started to fall apart. Customer service non-existent. Really regret buying from them.

I'm just curious about the reviews. Every single one has grammatical errors. Most of which, make the review sound like someone that is not familiar with the English language typed it up. So I have to wonder if these are actual reviews or just made up for the purpose of propping up the seller.

I had damage to the lightsaber. The regulation was done immediately and there was an immediate response! The sent part was sent as soon as possible via FedEx and now everything works fine. I can only recommend artsabers!

I had a good experience with Artsabers. I ordered the Obi-wan lightsaber (Ep 3 & 4) and got it just under 2 1/2 weeks. Very impressed with the quality and functionality. Functions just like the YouTube video. No surprises or gimmicks. I live in the US and the shipment came from China via DHL. I ordered directly from their site. I would order another one in the future.

Order #1888460652 I placed an order at December and a few weeks later I received a call from DHL about my order, informing me that the package is at the local customs and I have to pay a fee in order to import the package. When I made the purchase, it was clear that the package will be shipped to me (Greece) from Latvia not China, so I didn't have to worry about custom fees. Secondly, the description on the package didn't match the description in the order, so as DHL informed me it is highly possible that the custom clerks will not allow the import despite the proofs that I have sent to them about the identification of the package. Later it became highly possible that I had to pay an extra 170$ for a fault that was their's. After contacting them, they offered to pay any extra charges but they never did. I sent them the receipt from the customs and they stated that the fee is too high (53 euros) so they never gave me the refund. Terrible customers service, avoid them.
