Best lighsaber and best customer service.

Delivery was fast, well and safe packed but the lightsword didn’t match my sons expectations and the price is far too high… but I would give 3 stars so far. Now the part we would give 1 star or less: From German law you can return an order without reasons, they asked several times for them, you have to pay for the shipping, the address in Latvia isn’t reachable. So I had to go to over PayPal and hope that I’ll get the money back.

Despite all the controversial reviews and the insane amount of sponsorships they've gotten onto Youtube/Tiktok, I've had nothing but good experiences with Artsabers. I ordered a set of sabers from them, and both Neopixel blades came with moderately concerning cracks in the hilt. I opened a ticket, provided video evidence, and received two new Neopixel blades soon after. Any defects from Artsabers products is not directly their own -- they likely source it from the same manufacturer as many of the other renowned saber stores (Darkwolf sabers, Neosabers, etc). While this may be concerning, their customer service was extremely good. Do note that they are charging you more for a reason -- you get extra goodies AND you get a warranty with it. Win-win!

Great company, lightsabre is just great I ordered the Luke Skywalker one the sabre has a fantastic smooth swing and sound. 21 fonts that you can change and customize. Taxes where included to Belgium 🇧🇪. And it was fast shipping, took 9 days.

Good customer Service and fast delivery.

Its a weird Company. I wanted to know if i have to pay the import taxes (because they tell u they pay all the taxes) and they responded with an "@newaccount16242..." mail adress and themself in CC with a gmail adress. I am a trained E-Commerce Employee and that looks reeaalllly weird to me i dont know if i should risk it and something like this is normal in the US or they are scamming or something else. Maybe they´ll reply to all the reviews and make something clear like why they use a gmail adress or a "@newaccount16564..."

My order took some time to come, but it's absoluetly worth the wait ! Very good sound and light quality, thanks to the Xenopixel kit, and so much possibilities with it ! Also thanks to the customer service for their quick answers and reactivity !

What ever doubts you had about artsabers squash them because they were very helpful with responding ok regards of fixing my saber and I will most definitely be buying another saber down line from Artsabers
