Ordered on July 7 & received on August 3rd with no way to track. I love the light saber though. Very nice!

I ordered several sabers early this year, got a great deal on great sabers, and they were delivered fairly quickly. However, communication was poor: no order confirmation, no shipping info, no contact info on website. I did get a response from customer service to tell me my order was on the way.

I received the GREY Smasher Saber Force FX Saber Heavy Dueling Saber. The motion sounds and flash-on-clash sounds are super reactive and clear. The one-button operation is surprisingly easy to learn in order to control your saber settings like color, volume, and sound fonts. I love it. The downside is that the engraved lines on the grip could potentially cause blisters if used often. I recommend a glove or, if you don't mind covering the design, wrapping the handle.

Introduction: Hello, I have seen so many mixed reviews on the company "ARTSABERS" and have been worried about them. This is because I purchased before doing my research. I have never bought a lightsaber before but I have wanted to for a while. I purchased 2 of the Darth Maul lightsabers and was very excited to have them. The issue: I had purchased these on 5-9-2025 today is 5-28-25 and I received them yesterday on 5-27-25. I had purchased them using an outlook email but never received any emails. Using my gmail account I emailed them and they responded fairly quick and switched the account email to my gmail one. To this day the order on the website says processing but they have been delivered to me so in my experience you will get them but at a random time. I had emailed them lots asking "oh is it going to ship soon" and they said they "urged" the warehouse to ship it soon but I have no way of telling. When I got the email that it had shipped, it had been delivered. I am very pleased with the purchase and love the lightsabers. But the lack of tracking on the package makes you worry sometimes. But besides that, my experience was alright. TLDR: Use gmail not outlook so you actually get the mail they send you. Do not worry if you don't get a tracking number or link, it will come eventually. Do research before purchasing your lightsaber but artsabers is a good company in my experience.

Just re-editing, as I’ve now received a replacement blade due to a broken one being delivered. Took a while, but happy that they sorted it. Will happily buy from them in future. Bought my first neopixel lightsaber from ARTSABERS and I gotta say that they were a really great company to buy from. Would recommend using them.

Everything was great, except the instructions did not help with blade installation. In hindsight it seems simple, but for someone who has never had a lightsaber before and has no idea what any of the parts are for, it would have been nice to have a step-by-step guide on how to correctly install the blade. I had to figure out what the blade plug was for on my own.

Everything was great with the order and looks awesome. I took off one star just cause the plastic eyepiece on the helmet came off during shipping. But it wasn’t anything a little super glue couldn’t fix. I’m excited to give to my husband for his Christmas present he’s going to love it.

The product is great!! My only complaint is that they were closed when I made my purchase. There was nothing on the website letting me know and I had to wait an extra 2 weeks for my product to be shipped.
