If only these Light Sabres existed when i first watched Star Wars in the 90’s I love them so much that I have bought the total of 3 for me and my friends, now we find each other duelling after a few drinks 😂

I was so excited to get my saber but when it arrived I was very disappointed. It took more than a month to arrive and it wasn't even made out of the material that it said it would be made out of. It is a lies and deceit!!!

It is my favorite saber so far it was easy to use and looks fantastic it was my third neopixel from ARTSABERS and I’m definitely going to get more very high quality

I just got my ROTJ weathered Luke Skywalker lightsaber and I just love it. It came in a week and arrived in perfect condition. The quality of this saber is superb! It is by far the coolest thing I own. I saw the original movies in theaters in the 70's and this bring back great memories, I recommend this saber to anyone.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Artsabers' customer service. After spending close to $400 on a lightsaber, it arrived with broken pins. I immediately contacted customer support for assistance, but their response was far from helpful. For nearly 10 days, I exchanged multiple emails with their customer support team, but they continuously accused me of improper operation and insisted that I pay an additional $50 plus shipping costs to get the saber repaired. Despite explaining numerous times that the saber arrived broken right out of the box, they refused to comply with their own refund policy. It felt like they were trying to shift the blame onto me for their faulty product. To make matters worse, the customer service representative informed me that they were solely dependent on the reply of the supplier for my situation. It was disheartening to realize that the company couldn't assist me directly, and I was left communicating with some random supplier who sent cryptic emails one day at a time. They even claimed that unscrewing the saber from the middle was not allowed, which is completely untrue. When I pointed this out, I received a response with the following exact quote, ""I""t is totally different, the saber is able to unscrew from the middle for sure, the problem is customer twists the core causing the pin damaged."" It was clear that they had no understanding of the issue at hand. Now I'm stuck with a piece of broken junk that I spent hundreds of dollars on. I refuse to give Artsabers any more of my money and will seek repair services elsewhere. This entire experience has been truly awful, and I strongly advise against dealing with Artsabers if you're looking for quality products and reliable customer support.

We have purchased two different light swords from Artsabers. They have great customer service and amazing products. My kiddos say, “I love my light saber! It’s fun to play with. I like all the small details from the movie that are on the sword. It’s so cool”… and the other says “it’s so much fun and I like battling with my brother with a REAL saber!!!” Give’em a try. Super quality and detail!

On 27/05/2023 I purchased a new Neopixel Blade from Artsabers.de. A couple of days later they send me an email with a track & tracecode, but I had already a bad feeling about this transaction because I've read the reviews from Artsabers here on Trustpilot. After been waiting for 4 weeks they still didn't contact me and the track&tracecode was no good at all. It's only after the fifth week that I got an update from the support team and 2 days later I finally got my blade delivered. I give Artsabers 4 stars, I'm just glad I got what I paid for. It took some patience.
